I have been really impressed with this battery bank. I bought it because it was cheap and I figured I would give it a try with the option of returning it. It has been true to its power rating (2/3-3/4 of stated capacity as all of them). It is solidly built. I really appreciate the LCD display that offers a percentage of capacity remaining as well as voltage and amperage output. The latter has been useful for powering things like wearables and crafts to be able to easily see the power draw off the device for estimating the time it will power a component. I also appreciate that it charges both 5v USB-A and 9v USB-C @ 18watt, quick charging my Pixel 2. The only downside is that it is heavier than other battery banks of similar capacity.     • Great product but with some room to improve
I purchased this power bank to be used along with some LED lights connected to a motion sensor. The power pack kept turning off after a determined amount of seconds (~20sec) after the motion sensor would turn off the lights ... I kept looking for a way to keep them always on as I've read in some other cases but looks like this particular model does not have "always-on" feature. I think that adding that along with showing power consumption and always on display would be great, otherwise for traditional use is pretty good. ... show more

I have had a couple other power banks in the past that barely had enough power to charge my cell phone back to 100%, however this one can charge my cell atleast 3 times before requiring recharging. I liked this one so much, when looking to order a power bank for a gift I decided to buy this model. If you are considering purchasing a power bank, this is an excellent choice. It's a good power bank for the buck. However, the only thing that I think it's missing is a button to show me the amount of charge that's left in it. I'm only aware of the capacity when it's charging something or when it's being charged itself. On another note, I'm also looking forward to testing if it can be charged using multiple ports since it has 3 power inputs. The micro USB and USB C are too close to be used simultaneously but with the lightning port on the side, I'm hoping it can receive charge from two different sources. ... show more

I am very happy with this charger . It is actually around 18,000 mah. I got out of it 13,200 mah. That is fair because of the battery transfer loss and conversation.. it is kind of heavy too and that's how you tell it is a good charger

I do really like this battery and for its price, it doesn't feel worth the price it is. It feels like it should cost more, but it doesn't! This is a great value for a high quality feeling product and has a lot of power. The readout is helpful, telling you how much is left on it, compared to traditional power banks which only give you lights on how much power is left. One thing I do not like is that it is glossy - it is prune to finger prints and I prefer other materials, but nonetheless this is still a great portable charger. Charged fast,charges devices fairly fast.I like the digital screen.I also love it has 3 ports and the ports you use to charge the battery itself are on the side,not in the middle
