It came with all of the tools that I needed to remove my old screen and put on this new one. It also came with a perfectly fit adhesive where the screen sits against the casing. Overall, it was a pretty simple process to replace the phone screen and after it was installed it look perfect. I do not have any issues with the screen. The screen itself showed perfect. This screen was unaffordable so I did not expect much from it but it works pretty well. The touch works perfectly fine but my only issue is after 2 weeks my Face ID stopped working but separate and apart of that definitely value for your money. It was a easy install and the products that came with it was very easy to use also. I’d definitely purchase again but this manufacturer should work on the Face ID issues!! ... show more

I picked this replacement screen up for my father’s iPhone 11 because he absolutely destroyed his screen. Install took around 30 minutes since it was my very first time ever doing anything like this. The tools provided were perfect & the end result was better than expected. The image quality was solid despite the price, the screen was very reactive, & plenty bright. The YouTube videos helped a lot. I watched them a few times before I started and kept pausing it throughout. The suction cup thing came with a little metal key ring that wasn’t strong enough and opened up cutting my finger in the process- it’s nothing like what was pictured. The tweezers were crap when putting the little metal clip back on near the ear piece, but I had a medical grade pair & used those. The touch is not as sensitive for opening the phone- I need to click a side button & then it will face recognize and has great sensitivity for text and 3D Touch. Overall I’m stoked that I saved @$200 from bringing it to a shop and over $1000 by being able to fix it and not needing to get a new phone. The other tools were great, good quality on the little screw drivers. Very happy that it came with a thick screen protector and adhesive for the replacement :) I hope I never have to do this again, but I learned a lot & hope it lasts until I can afford a new phone ... show more
