I loved this tent! I usually hammock camp but this time I was camping with my dogs and bf. The tent stood up against a rain storm with winds ranging 20-26 mph and 4.7 inches of rain. The only water that got in was at the corners where the seams meet. Everything stayed dried inside so long as they weren’t rubbing up against the walls that obviously got wet during the rain. The walls of the tent are not made of the same materials as the rain fly. The tent fit our full mattress and could fit a queen mattress and we still had space for the dogs and our stuff. The windows on each wall of the tent allowed for great ventilation. My only complaint would be the front door zipper has a flap where the zipper would often get caught. Setup and take down was easy.

I’m not a very outdoorsy person, but my boyfriend convinced me to go camping for a weekend. To say the least, I can’t wait to use this tent again! It was well-ventilated, comfortable, and it kept us totally dry during torrential overnight downpours. I appreciated the mesh pockets for easy access to our keys, phones, and portable chargers. We had plenty of room for our gear and a queen size air mattress—we even had room to spare. Set up and take down was super easy, as well. Buy it!

Bought this for a first time camping. It was very easy to figure out to put up. (The instructions where kinda confusing but with a bit of thinking we figured em out.) It held up well through a storm and kept rain out. It also can fit a queen air mattress and a twin air mattress. It was a bit of a tight fit but definitely doable. The mesh windows on all sides were very appreciated for ventilation and we only got one moth inside (fault of us). There's also a hook on the top that was very convenient for hanging a lamp and pockets on the side walls for phones and wallets. There was also a pre-made covered hole for a power cord that was very handy. Disassembly was pretty easy, especially with the knowledge of putting it together however with most products like this, its hard to get it folded up small enough to fit inside the carrier again but definitely possible. Overall a very beginner friendly tent for a first timer on a budget.

This tent is AWESOME! It is easy to set up and well made. The poles are super sturdy and it appears that it could handle some wind. The bag is oversized, which makes it easy to pack back up. The only reason I am only giving it 4 stars is that the windows and doors have to be zipped up if it is raining or the water gets in. It is also a little on the heavy side for a tent, but that's what makes it durable. It is perfect for 2 people and fits a queen sized bed nicely.

Two Weeks ago I went camping with a group of people - one was an acquaintance who had recently bought this tent. We all had different tents and hers was far superior because she fit a whole twin sized bedframe in her tent along with futon mattress and a table-she could stand up in her tent to change and actually had a large sturdy room. The rest of us had low tents we had to crouch around inside and when the wind blew the tentS hers held up well while our tents kept whipping around in the wind and hitting us and waking us up. The next morning she was far more cheerful than everyone else 🙂 Fast forward 2 weeks and THIS TENT WAS PRETTY REASONABLE so I bought in a color I LOVE (I was happy there were so many color choices because I got a teal tent and she has an orange one-I think mine blends in with the environment a little better!!) and went camping again. There are many things I love about this tent and only one complaint. I love the big size (it's the size of a small room in a house!) and the very sturdy legs of the tent and the height. It has the 3 poles in the top to hold the top out, but then it has these wonderful long sturdy legs on all 4 sides that are so easy to install securely that give it the height and also are not part of the top assembly so hold the tent more intact in the wind! I like the fact that it has four windows and the mesh hammock in the top is a great place to put a light at night and it also has two mesh pockets on opposite sides of the tent well off the ground to store cell phones and flashlights. I also feel like the poles are a little thicker and a very good quality-I have had fiberglass poles splinter over time in the past and this tent seems like it will hold up a better with the thick, study metal poles.The tent was easy to set up and take down and fit nicely in the bag again (in the past it has been a struggle to get a tent back in its bag so I appreciate the little extra room in the bag so it is not such a huge struggle). After one weekend of camping it I think it might be the nicest tent I have owned as far as ease of set-up and comfort inside. The one thing I would have liked is for the door to have double zippers. In order to open or close the door you have to run the single zipper all the way from the top to the bottom in a very long C shaped track every time. You can’t zip the bottom zipper up a bit to keep out your friend’s little dogs and the zipper is nothing special (not YKK) -I am worried that over time the one zipper is going to start sticking along its long path and break. All of the windows have double zippers so I am not sure why they did not put one on the door. All in all this is a great tent at this price point. As usual with all tents I think it might be a struggle to fit 6 people in this one tent, but in my experience all tent size estimates assume there are going to be 6 very small people with no gear sleeping on the ground so this is not shocking. I think you could realistically fit maybe two adults and maybe 1 or 2 children on a mattress and maybe some gear in the tent comfortably at the most.I like separate camping cots and I can’t see putting more than 3 in there. I will still give it 5 out of 5 stars unless that ONE zipper in the door breaks and then I will be back to pitch a fit (hopefully it will hold up!)

This was a great tent. Fit a queen size air mattress with plenty of room to spare for other stuff, and more importantly, my 6’5 boyfriend was able to fully stand up in it which was my main criteria when looking for a new tent. Was also very easy to put up.

My wife and I camp a lot, we had a can't stand up in tent and that was too harsh on us. We inherited a 10 person stand up tent, but it had no aftermarket parts, so I bought this one. I used my Copilot+ on my Surface Pro 11 bought here on Amazon to help me decided which tent to buy. Copilot+ suggested this tent based on me and my wife's needs and abilities. I set it up to inspect it and to see if one person could set it up. I did, but it took about 25-30 minutes, that is not bad IMO. It was very easy to set up. It has great ventilation and the fact that you can leave the rain flap off and not one can see in through the top is awesome. I was able to stand up in every part, which I loved, I even reenacted the listing photo putting my hands up inside. The four side ropes is what helps it in wind, but I suggesting adding reflector flags to the ropes so you can see them at night. I also liked the door opening better than that other store brand. The double layer is also nice for the rain. I could see that when staking it to the ground not to pull on the stake rings, but gently stretch it with the poles. Also I wonder those that are having the ring attachments tear, are they stretching it before adding the poles and staking it to the ground? I always add the poles, rise it then use the poles to gently stretch it in place and carefully drive in the stakes. I was not able to fold it small enough to get it back in the bag, so my wife will take over that, but it will fold back up small enough. With our experience in camping I give this tent a good recommendation to buy. I am basing this on the test setup and inspection. Sleeping it in is just sleeping in it.

First let me say I am a retired Scoutmaster (Scouts BSA) and I know tents, all kinds of tents. This is a pretty good iteration of a very standard tent type. It is not an easy-up. The tent poles are separate from the tent. The tent poles must pass through sleeves on the top of the tent. A really easy tent will not have these features. All these things are good from the perspective of designing a reasonably durable, large, car-camping tent that is tall enough to put cots in. It took me about 15 minutes to set it up. It took me about 20 minutes to take it down and roll it up that was hampered by the fact that it tends to stay inflated as you roll it up. That means it will likely be pretty wind and waterproof but it will test (not break) your patience. Both setup and breakdown took a little bit of strength to get the poles into/ out of their tension flexed condition as is typical. Anyway, if you need a decent car camping tent and you are used to traditional tents, this will work. If you expect next generation engineering, 60 second layman setup, not so much.
