Top Amazon Reviews
Was not Unlocked. Tried 3 separate cell carriers.
This phone was not unlocked. Tried three different carriers, with a physical SIM card. One of the carriers told me they were going to transfer me to Amazon to have it unlocked. I spent 15 hours working with different carriers trying... HUGE WASTE of time. Stick with Iphones.... I've purchased several of those on Amazon with no problem. I guess the 1 star could be for the return process. I did get my money back with no hassle.... that was the only good thing about this entire process.

Horrible!!!!!
This is the absolute worst phone I have EVER owned!! It's incredibly slow, I can't receive authenticator text, the volume up button does not work, and it takes horrible photos. Save your money and buy the real thing!!
