This is very sturdy and holds my 40" flat panel TV well. The kit came with an assortment of screws for attaching to the back of the TV. My only issue is that I bought it for it's "tilt" feature, but it does not tilt downward. I have it on a high shelf and wanted to be able to tilt it downward for viewing from the couch.

This tv stand Blocked all my collections on the back of the Tv. It was not a good fit when it same to connecting my cable cords into the back you the tv. The stand had covered all my connectors.
