Wonderful Adapter!
Color: Universal White
The instructions made installation incredibly easy. I have the Explore Air 2, and the hardest part of the whole process was removing the original pen holder that comes with the Cricut. One tip: you don't need to tighten the pen as much as you might think. The first time I used it, I had the pen secured too tightly, so my drawing didn't come out as expected. After loosening the screw slightly, everything worked perfectly. I've found that Gelly Roll pens work best with this adapter and produce great results. The little plastic alignment pieces included with the adapter are also fantastic; they make it easy to position your pen correctly so your designs come out just right. Overall, this is a great product that's easy to install and works exactly as intended once it's adjusted properly.

Working great on Explore Air 2
Color: Universal White
Works perfectly with my Explore Air 2, and surprisingly easy to use the little plastic calibration thingy to register (align) multiple pens for layering different shades or colors. This pen plot used four different shades of grey.

Don't let some reviews discourage you!
Color: Universal White
I was skeptical about this product due to some of the lesser star reviews but, it worked like a charm. I have a maker 4, I removed the regular housing and put this one in. If you put the pen "stand" to set up the height sideways, in the space between rollers it's easy to place and remove. I used sakura jelly roll pens so far, and there was no wiggling because I pressed the pen up against the back into the rounded back and then screwed the bit tightly. The housing when placed properly does not run up against the machine. It came with 2 sets of holders and 4 height measures. I would definitely purchase again, if needed.

So easy to use
Color: Universal White
I got this to use on my wedding invitations and it was perfect. Easy to attach, you just snap it into the pen spot on your Cricut. Makes switching heads so much easier then the standard Cricut one
