This is a Warm down comforter that fits my king size bed well. It’s not heavy, breaths well so I’m not too warm at night and it looks nice on my bed. The blue color is true to the pic, the cells that hold the down in place are large, maybe 8 inch squares The light is dim so the blue shade doesn’t show up well in my pic! Sorry!

This is truly a great down comforter; however, you will have feathers. For the price, definitely worth the buy, but if little feathers always being around on your duvet are going to bother you I would suggest buying a thinner cover to insert it in before putting your main duvet on it.

Super warm. Big and fluffy. It's durable but the fabric is scratchy and reminds me of a sleeping bag. It is super warm and well made. But this if you don't need soft fabric. It is gorgeous, heavy and affordable. Other people in my household love it. They say that they sleep great with it. If you have sensitive skin, you won't like it. Otherwise, it is a solid purchase. It is also semi waterproof.

Sellers should be required to state the above information in their advertising. Down is the super fine stuff right next to the skin that keeps geese warm. Without it they would be extinct. DOWN is different than FEATHERS. “80% FEATHER FIBERS” is basically collecting all the debris off the slaughterhouse de-feathering floor, grinding it up and turning it into pulp. Kind of like wood “pressboard / particleboard” made from sawdust off the cutting room floor. Like the majority of Amazon ads, deception is “built in.”
