The media could not be loaded. I had previously tried to circulate the hot air coming out of my big buddy heater but putting a small fan on the floor next to it. That kind of defeated the purpose because it was drawing in cooler air and basically just cooling that hot air down. So I looked online for these thermal heat fans which are made specifically for this purpose and this one works great. I bought 2 of these fans one works great the other doesn’t work at all. I tried to call the 1800 number on the box and it kept saying leave a message we’ll take care of it when we open. It said that all day. All I wanted was an exchange for one that works. Now Amazon wants me to pay for shipping because I live in a rural area and there are no ups stores near me. Update: customer service is wonderful and after talking to them they are sending me a new fan. These fan really do work great they move the heat. I would recommend them highly ... show more
