Usually when it comes to furniture from Amazon I am a bit weary if I’m being honest. This desk however definitely impressed me and for the cost it is. Assembly is a little confusing at first with the directions but once a few things are laid out, it gets easier to manage. You will definitely need room for assembly and possibly another individual to help you. The crank is overall smooth once you get everything in place and I enjoy the fact you can tuck the crank handle underneath and out of the way. Table top is a bit wobbly when you get it placed which is what I was concerned about but the stands allow it to be secure enough to where I feel my PC and monitor are secure. Overall really happy with this desk.

The desk works great. It can easily be cranked up or down. The lever can be moved so it’s not in the way. However, the only downside is that it is very hard to put together. There are some hole that do not align on the board and it needed two people to flip it once you built it. Despite that, it is still very sturdy and definitely work fine. I love how spacious it is and the color is great. I would buy it again if I needed a second one.

The assembly went very smooth until putting the desktop on the frame. You have to pull some of the parts pretty hard to get the holes to line up, and in a couple of areas I couldn’t even get close to getting the screws in. Even with a few screws missing, it works great and is sturdy. Good desk for the price.

I love this desk! Very sturdy, looks nice, easy to adjust, and the most reasonably priced L-shaped adjustable desk I found. That said, this was definitely the most challenging DIY assembly I’ve done. The directions are fairly clear, there are just a lot of steps and screws to install, and the desk is HEAVY! They recommend flipping the desk over a few times, but it’s definitely easiest just to do the whole thing upside down and flip it over (with help) when you’re done. They also don’t explain how to extend the motor rods or even that they’re supposed to extend (even in the video) so overall, the directions could be improved a bit. Once you’ve got the thing together though, it’s an excellent desk!

This desk is a absolutely fantastic for me. I have looked at this particular desk for awhile before I actually purchased. It took me a bit over 3 hours to put together, not the easiest thing to do, the instructions were nothing more then some pictures, but nothing someone can’t figure out. Obviously because of the shape and weight I only needed help to flip it over. As you can see in the best one photo of the corner bracket there were two holes that did not align up. They are there but about 3/4 of a inch off. I don’t feel the structure or integrity of the desk is compromised by not having the two screws in. Personally I will keep the desk at standing height as I have a seating chair that I can move easily around. The desk was shipped in time, it was in two boxes and they were in great shape. Absolutely packed well, everything was secure and wrapped very well. Every part was there, even down to the screws. Only tool needed was the Allen wrench that is supplied. If you are looking for a L-shaped desk for at a really good cost, you have found it. I would definitely buy again if I needed one.

A co-worker of mine has this exact desk in white and I decided to order it in black. My husband helped me put it together over the weekend at my office and we were most of the way through and ready to bolt on the brackets when we discovered that the incorrect brackets were sent and the ones sent don't even match the pre-drilled bolt holes. The brackets on my co-workers desk are the correct ones that match the pre-drilled bolt holes and there is an L-shaped bracket attached to the inner corner. The directions do show the type of brackets they sent with my desk, but again, they don't match the bolt holes and there wasn't an L-shaped one sent at all. They also didn't provide the correct type of screw that would be needed if making your own new holes, they just provided the original screws but they won't pierce the material as they for use with the bolt holes. After 2 trips to the hardware store and much drilling later, my husband worked with different brackets including an L-shaped one and made sure they matched the bolt holes. Other than the wrong brackets the desk works fine and makes my office appear neater and roomier. I give the desk 1 star simply because of the brackets and all the extra work and money we put in to it and it took up a big chunk of our weekend when it should have been done in an hour or two. I also did NOT purchase the warranty and I'm sure using different brackets would have voided it anyway. I was not about to send it back if my husband could make it work.

So this is a decent desk but be warned, the table top and legs will most likely ship separately. So you may receive one on one day and your order will say delivered, but the other piece may still be out. Also it isn’t the easiest thing to put together. The instructions are very vague and don’t have a whole lot of detail but it’s pretty intuitive once you start, just keep in mind which screws go with which pieces. I recommend lots of floor space for assembly and a second person to help flip it upright when finished. The lifting mechanism is a crank so it might feel a bit clunky at first but I think that’s just because it’s a manual. Also when putting in the rods that are a part of the gear train make sure they facing the right way and it all lifts at once before final assembly. You can try to get back under it and remove the rods and flip them but that can be more of a hassle than it’s worth. Just take the time to double check. Other than the trouble of assembling it and the confusion of shipping, once I got it and had it all put together, I really love the desk. The wood looks fantastic in my office and it’s nice to have the ability to stand up and work/game at my desk. Would definitely recommend.
