It works to take photos/videos underwater. I didn’t use mine for diving, and maybe that’s why i had trouble, but it caused my phone to overheat. I just used it at the lake taking surface pictures. The picture quality is good, there wasn’t any water streaks or interference with the touch screen. The description coupled with the pictures imply that this case is suitable for diving. It absolutely is useless below a few feet, after which the flexible membrane that covers the touch screen becomes pressed against the screen making any touch inputs ignored. It, in essence, negates all touch inputs as well as the button input to snap pictures. The behavior is the same as placing and holding a finger against your screen while trying to input any other commands. On the plus side it does prevent incursion of seawater at least down to 90 feet from my experience, so the information is truthful in that regard. I do NOT recommend this case for scuba diving, though it may be usable for snorkeling but only at the surface and perhaps down a few feet. ... show more

Stay away from this product. It looks great on land, but once I jumped into the water to start my dive, it proved useless. I couldn’t take a single picture while diving in the Dominican Republic. Save your money and spring for a well-known brand and higher-priced product. This was definitely not what I was looking for. The price was reasonable, but the product itself was lacking.
