The media could not be loaded. Was definitely worth the buy. I used all my trips to the spring in Florida and had it underwater for longer than 10 minutes and my phone was OK. I got some good quality videos and pictures.

It works to take photos/videos underwater. I didn’t use mine for diving, and maybe that’s why i had trouble, but it caused my phone to overheat. I just used it at the lake taking surface pictures. The picture quality is good, there wasn’t any water streaks or interference with the touch screen. COMPLETE WASTE OF YOUR MONEY. DO NOT BUY. Bought this for snorkeling in Cancun. It does protect the contents from water but you can't use the touchscreen on your phone, the hard transparent plastic covering the phone is way too thick and not flush against the device. This forces you to leave your camera app open and overheat your device! Tried this case with an Iphone 11 Pro Max. Turned on my camera app wheb we got on the boat and put the phone in the case. got to the snorkeling spot minutes later and was met with an overheat warning and couldn't use my phone. had to leave it on the boat. It's not in original condition anymore so I can not return it. If this is a version 2 case the why hasn't the manufacturer addressed this issue??? ... show more

Stay away from this product. It looks great on land, but once I jumped into the water to start my dive, it proved useless. I couldn’t take a single picture while diving in the Dominican Republic. Save your money and spring for a well-known brand and higher-priced product. This was definitely not what I was looking for. The price was reasonable, but the product itself was lacking. I'm giving it a 4-star rating because I have not tested it in water deeper than 6 feet. But the initial waterproof test, the fit on my Galaxy S24 Ultra, the sturdiness of the material, and the functionality are all great! Easy to install. Touch screen also worked well as i changed diffefenr camera modes, and it worked not perfectly bit fairly well.
