I bought this treadmill just to get in 10K steps a day from the comfort of my home. It’s compact, has wheels to easily move it around, and it’s a minimalist setup. There is literally zero setup besides unpacking it, plugging it in and syncing it with the remote (otherwise you’ll think you have a bad remote that’s not working). If you’re tight on space, you can also easily lean it against a wall when you’re done. If you want a treadmill with all the bells and whistles (incline feature, heart monitor, TV screen, attached desk or stand, in-built workouts, etc), then this treadmill isn’t for you. This treadmill is for people who simply want to walk, jog, or get a light run from their home, office, or wherever they place it. For me, 10K steps is about 5 miles and 400-500 calories burned. That’s an easy 1.5 hour walk while I get my YouTube fix for the day. If you’re willing to spend another $100-150 on a standing desk, now you can walk while working from your laptop. That is something I personally will look into down the line, but for now I’m content with just taking a walk with my phone and headphones in. With the minimalist approach of this treadmill, you get a great treadmill that’s saving you $100-150 compared to other similar minimalist treadmills on Amazon. Just an excellent buy overall for anyone who wants to get in some exercise from their home without also burning a hole in their pocket. And no this isn’t a paid ad lol. I just recently got this, so if anything changes in the future, I will update the review. SO far so good, it comes ready to use out of the box and is literally plug-in and go. It is not heavy, even though the box is marked "heavy". As for the noise, which was my biggest worry, is is whisper quiet. I have a high-tech alexa driven Transom window fan in my window, and on low, it is 3x louder than this treadmill, though that isn't counting someone running on it, but walking is very quiet also. It is a bit strange at first with no hand holds, it feels very thin and made me worry about stepping off of it on accident, but seems like an unfounded fear once I got going. The ONLY complaint I have so far is how slow the start-up speed is, I have to hit the up button for quite a while until I am at a comfortable walking stride, but it isn't that big of a deal, and I figure it is for safety, but it really does start off really slow. UPDATES: just a few quick updates, the plastic sides of treadmill, on each side of the belt are VERY slippery, I assume from lubricant getting on them. I managed to step on them slightly twice and it was like stepping on ice.. both times was while not holding onto something, which I highly suggest you use something to hold onto the first few times you use this. One other issue I noticed is that my heel does like to catch on the end caps at the back of the treadmill. None of this is bad, just things to watch out for that are part of proper positioning and getting use to the treadmill, don't do like I did and think you are going to start walking quickly while trying to use a game controller at the same time without having a high table ot something else that you can hold onto and steady yourself with ... show more

EDIT: following writing this review, I was contacted by the company. I was dealing with a faulty motor which is no fault to them. Sometimes that happens. They were apologetic and worked to resolve my issues very quickly. Very happy with how this turned out. Highly recommend giving this treadmill a try. This treadmill is truly sketchy. It smells like it's burning 80% of the time. The belt is shaky and will sometimes just shift or glitch which I've fallen once from that particular issue. I would not use this without having my stand-up desk to hold onto. The speed is also off a bit - 3.5 is more like 3-3.1 but that's less of an issue because you can just go faster. Overall, you get what you pay for. It hasn't completely failed yet and I'm able to walk 6-10 miles during my workday now so that's why I gave it 3 stars (that is generous in my opinion). This was the cheapest I could find for what I needed. If you have more money to spend, go for the more expensive/reliable treadmill. ... show more

I ordered this walking pad back in February, and have absolutely loved it. I picked this walking pad because of the reviews on customer service, and that it went up to 5MPH without support arms, which fit best with my desk. I used it about 4 days per week, around 6 hours per day (with breaks). I recently noticed the belt was "stuttering" and not running smoothly, which was causing me to go off balance a bit. I added treadmill oil thinking that was the issue, but was still having problems. I reached out to the seller and couldn't believe I got a response the same day. She asked for videos of the issue, which I sent. She responded with easy troubleshooting tips to adjust the belt, which did work slightly, but the belt was still not running smoothly. The seller offered a full refund because of this issue. This entire process only took about 4 days, unbelievable!! If you're considering a walking pad, you will not find better customer service! ... show more

Great walking pad for the office. I personally feel more focused at work and have gotten accustomed to walking between 1.2 - 1.7mph. It does not store any of your information, so I have a notepad to write down my distance when I pause or turn it off. A pause function would be a helpful feature. I do wish there was an option to not have the treadmill beep when it turn on / when you change speeds. Reminds me of the Mario Kart beeping before a race begins! We tried looking for the wire to unplug the noise, but couldn't find one. Other than that, it's pretty quiet. My co-workers who can hear it say it sounds like white noise. The loudest noise would be my steps, which is dependent on what shoes I wear, so sometimes I just walk in socks. When the speed reaches 1.5, the motor seems to lag a bit and I almost trip each time as it sort of catches and needs to catch back up with itself. ... show more
