I am 6' 2" about 300 lbs and I can walk on this comfortably at 3.5 mph or less. Pros: sleek, lightweight, easy to use, quiet (for the most part, see cons) Cons: does not sync to an app for control (without using their challenge game app) the motor and belt itself is quiet but when you turn it on there is a VERY loud 3-second beep. and every time you make any kind of adjustment with the remote it gives a VERY loud beep. The solution to the LOUD BEEP!!!! I took the display panel off there is no void. and unscrewed the daughter board. on the back side of the daughterboard is a tiny little speaker soldered to the board. I took out my soldering iron and solder sucker and de-soldered the speaker. put the cover back and now there are no more beeps. It works fine as well. CARE, taking the display panel off there is a cable that connects it to the rest of the unit. NO VOID WARRANTY STICKERS ARE IN THE WAY OF THIS. if you have a soldering iron and know how to desolder this will take less than 5 mins to do. And it does not void the warranty as there is no warranty sticker being removed in the process. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Tbh, my number reason for choosing this walking pad is because its cute AF. Its not until I started using it when I realized its actually pretty awesome, especially for the price. Its the perfect size for me (5'1") and very easy to operate. Quiet, and not too difficult to move out of the way with the wheels on the bottom. The reaaally cool part is the Pitpat app accompaniment that gamifies walking. I get to race other (real) people and complete challenges for rewards. So now I feel like I'm gaming, working, and exercising all at once! ... show more

I am very satisfied with this product! I wanted something to help me get my steps in but wouldn't take up a lot of space. It's a great size and was easy to set up. It only goes to speed 3.8, but I don't need to go much faster so I am OK with that feature. It's not super loud, but I admittedly am worried to use it in the morning afraid it could wake up my toddler. I gave it 4 stars because it does skip a little, but my basement floor isn't entirely flat so I am not sure if it's the treadmill or just the surface it sits on. I was super skeptical about this product because I wasn’t sure if I would use it enough to justify the purchase. When I first got it, the belt was misaligned and would not go into place. I started a return process but decided to give it another chance. Although it took multiple interactions to fix the problem, the customer service team was incredible. They troubleshooted different things with me, reviewed my videos to figure out a solution and were truly so easy to work with! Pros about the walking pad: - super easy to use - it has wheels in the front so it’s portable-ish - super cute - relatively small for a walking pad - the customer service team is so helpful and very responsible (responding in less than 12 hours each time and following up). Cons: - it doesn’t allow you to add your weight so I don’t think the calorie burner is accurate - it’s not very loud but also not quiet by any means - I wish the plug was in the back but that’s more of a preference I highly suggest you wear shoes while using this (which is mentioned in the manual). I don’t wear shoes in the house so I thought I wouldn’t need it and after about 30 minutes of walking, my feet were so sore from being barefoot. ... show more

This walking pad is so cute! I got the green one, so pretty! It’s pretty compact it works in our studio apartment. Easy to wheel out of the way. It’s quiet other than the beeping to turn on which is annoying but otherwise I love it! I was worried it would be to narrow for me as I am a plus size girlie but it’s perfect!! The media could not be loaded. I wish I could give this 2.5 rather than 3 stars. I waited about a month since I received the item to give it some time before reviewing. What other people mentioned is true - the speed only changes in .2 intervals, if you lose the remote you’re out of luck, the device auto shuts off after 60 min, and there’s no pause button. But these were not big deals to me. I expected these things going into it. First, the reason I’m giving it 2.5/3 stars: It serves its purpose. It’s a small treadmill I can walk on while working to break up the monotony of working remote. The belt is simple enough to adjust, and I appreciate that it came with the belt oil. It was also very easy to inbox and get set up. It’s not heavy, so easy enough to move. Now, the reason I dock a couple stars from the rating, and ultimately wish I had spent $100 more on the other walking off I was eyeing: -it makes an awful scraping/full screeching noise at random times. This is in the video I included. There’s no rhyme or reason to it. Sometimes it’s right when I start it up. Sometimes it’s when I step back on after having gone to do something and come back. But it’s loud and annoying. Sometimes it stops after 10 seconds, sometimes minutes. I tried chatting with support and the only options given were to somehow figure out what the problem is and they would send a replacement part, or I had to box up and send the whole thing back. - something I remember reading in other reviews is that they noticed a huge difference in speed at some point. For me, it’s when I try to go from 3.0 to 3.2. Up to speed 3, The intervals of increase seem perfectly fine. but once I try to go up to 3.2, rather than a faster walking pace, I nearly have to jog. I am only 5’2 with short legs but it’s seriously like a .4/.6 jump rather than .2. So that’s another annoying thing. - overall, even when it doesn’t make the loud scraping noise, it’s not the quietest machine. I guess I thought it might be a LITTLE quieter than it is. So yeah - I’ve been told my option is basically to return the item and once they receive it, they’d send a replacement. Of course that’s the norm, and I’m not really expecting anything else. It’s just not worth it to me. To try and get it back in the box (which I actually did save in case this happened), make sure I’m home for ups pickup, and wait for the process. So I guess I’m just writing this to give anyone who might be researching walking pads an honest review. I should have just spent the additional $100 on the walking pad a friend of mine got. ... show more
