I ordered a size medium in navy for this polo for my son. He is 180 lbs and 5.8'. The polo fits great, not snug, and is made of nice quality fabric. You can't tell from the picture, but it has a thin striped pattern, which makes it different from a regular solid polo.

I bought this shirt for my dad, and I actually wanted to get this shirt for myself. It feels so comfortable, and the color is such a nice navy blue. This shirt, I would say, is suitable for day-to-day activities, as it is breathable, not too tight, and you'll feel free in this polo top.
