You're just gonna be cold, these do nothing. I've had a lot of brands, and these are almost a gimmick. Figured I'd see what all the fuss was about, since I see this brand andvertised everywhere. Its for people that don't need to be warm. Like joggers maybe, on a colder day. Don't blow your money, at least the carhartt ones are better, but the cheaper chinese ones I bought were actually WARM. I've not had these long enough to comment on the durability, but fresh out of their plastic wrapping I like them and appreciate that UA makes tights for tall guys (6'5"/196cm, 215lbs/97kg. These are comfortable and warm but also breathable.

I wore these running and playing soccer. They feel good, but are very thin with very little compression and at best are compared to long underware. I would not recommend these if you are looking for compression for muscles and joints.
