Love this little hat! Bought for my 2yo son. His head is just slightly larger than average and I thought the 1-3 size would be too small or at least not be able to wear for long. I’m happy I went with the youth xs-sm. It is a tad big, and gapes a bit at the ears but the brim is not too long to look silly and it doesn’t slip around on his head either which is a big plus. He has growing room for sure but it doesn’t look like an adult cap on him either. Also the grey was a lot lighter grey than the pic shows which for me is a good thing! He needed an outside hat as his hair is very white blonde and skin is fair and I didn’t want a dark hat on him. But if you’re looking for the dark/charcoal grey like the pic this is not it, it’s almost like an athletic grey, again which I like. I also love the mesh/vent holes of this hat too. And the price! My son (3yr) got this as a Christmas present in size (s/m) but it was too big. I ordered it in the size xs/s. It fits him so well and I know he must think it’s comfortable because he actually keeps it on his head. I also like that the Bill of the hat looks proportional to his head.

I previously had a toddler size 1-3 year hat for my son and needed the next size up. (He's only 2 but has a large noggin!) It must be comfortable because he wants to wear it around the house all the time. The fabric and design are good quality and what I would expect from the Under Armour brand. Perfect for grandson. He’s a tiny almost 5 yrs old withal smaller head, wearing 3/4T and it fit him really well. The price was a tad too high but then again you get what you pay for!
