Now taking care of elderly parents I've gone through so many ceramic, porcelain and glass bowls I was done. These bowls are great and after nuking in microwave they are cool to the touch awesome.

Colors are even more appealing in person, outside of the saturation of the internet. Bowls feel super sturdy, maybe even a little nice; they're both light and stiff which makes them feel a bit futuristic or spacey. They definitely feel less cheap than melamine or whatever.
