This is NOT a paid review. I know some reviews sound so go it's hard to believe them to be real, this is not one of them. I am very impressed with the construction of this piano. I ordered the Walnut color, and it looks fantastic. The finish of the material is perfect, not a scratch or blemish of any kind on the piano or bench. Even the bench looks like it has a real leather seat cover, which I'm sure it does not. There are not too many pieces, 6 all together make up the piano and another 6 make up the bench. All the holes are predrilled, and in most cases, bolts are used not screws to hold the critical pieces together. Once assembled both piano and bench are very sturdy. The only design complaint I have is that the headphone jack is not on the back of the piano but it's underneath the piano, all the way to the back on the left side. You have to crawl under the piano to plug in the headphones. There has to be a better way, either put it on the back like the picture implies or put it underneath near the front where I could just feel for it. You can't toggle between the headphones and speakers unless you unplug the headphones, so even a switch would help. Now the important part, the sound is great. It really sounds like a piano and the pedals work just as expected. Even the key feel is just like a piano. I recommend this piano to anyone wanting an electronic piano at the beginner or intermediate levels. The users guide could be improved. I'm still trying to figure out how to use all the features that are preinstalled. A training video would be nice.

I've had this piano for a few years, and it's been a great inexpensive option for renting/moving a lot. With my pro-grade headphones, the sound is pretty good and allowed me to play without disturbing the neighbors. However, in my past move, the power cord went missing and there doesn't seem to be a way to reach out to the company to figure out what cable is compatible or order a new one.

I do not know much about pianos but this piano looks lovey and the sound is great. It is for my adult daughter, who always wanted to learn to play. I had a musician friend put it together, and I don’t think he expected it to be as nice as he found it to be. Of course, the sound is the critical element, and it is very good. We are thrilled. Cost for shipping is higher than I expected, but the weight fully packaged is heavy. You will definitely need 2 people to move it and if stairs are involved in your move you need some serious strength. We have only had it for a day, but I highly recommend it. And it has a headphone connection!

Just amazing. Wow. The piano came packed very well. Each piece of was wrapped in plastic wrap to protect the beautiful finish. Most parts came pre-installed, like the pedals, brackets, and little furniture dowel rod things. This made assembly extremely fast and easy. I always wondered why other furniture companies didn't save people that effort and make things easier to assemble. The finish is really beautiful and looks high quality. 10 out of 10 for that. The keys feel no different than my Steinway. It really feels like playing a real piano. They are weighted fully and really give the real piano vibe. Pressing them harder does make the note louder, however it does not always appear consistent. Either way, not a huge deal and i'm still impressed with the value for money. The pedals work great. The only Con is the quality of the speakers. Perhaps I'm used to playing on a Steinway and am being picky, but I also have a 61 key Yamaha keyboard (paid just $60 for it) but the sound quality of its speakers are better. All around, I am very impressed with this product and felt I needed to share. This is great for beginners or advanced pianists. I've been playing for 12 years and am happy to finally upgrade from the 61 key keyboard I had in one of the rooms. The whole experience of this delivery was wonderful, from the packing, to pre-essembled parts, to the quality. I would buy another!
