Some of the reviews had me skeptical of ordering this but I am so glad I did. Not only did it ship and arrive when they said it would both the unit and the bench for both in the same box and arrived at the same time. Super easy to assemble and the quality of the keyboard is excellent. Sound is exceptional and the keyboards feels sturdy and made to last. This is an absolute great value for your money if you are looking to purchase an item like this. This was for a beginner so I was not looking to spend a lot but the quality that I got for the amount that I spent is exceptional. If you're looking to purchase something like this and are hesitant don't be My experience was absolutely wonderful!!

I am loving this new piano. It’s such a perfect size and the weight of the keys is good. The sound is good. I took piano lessons many years ago and haven’t played in ages, but realized I would find it enjoyable and relaxing to play with the easy piano books. So even for an adult it’s very satisfying highly recommend purchasing this piano. It is the same type of wood that your kitchen cabinets might be made out of. It’s kind of a satin finish white formica and it actually has a padded bench that opens to put your music in.

Overall this is a good product but I have noticed when I press some keys the sound is much softer. I thought it was maybe weak fingers but then my husband played and made the same comment before I even told him about it. The bench is very rickety but it’s still a good deal with all that’s included here (bench, stand, keyboard). I priced everything separately before purchasing and this was hard to pass up after seeing how much even just a bench is! Assembly was easy but recommend two people to prevent damage to the unit.

Had an issue the first piano. Could’ve been shipping. Sound didn’t turn on after first power off. Because it was a gift, we hid it until my daughters birthday and didn’t check it out right away. But contacted seller and it was replaced immediately. Seller was great and responsive with communication! My daughter loves this piano and it’s beautiful in our living room when she’s not practicing.

This product is absolute trash. We were so excited to get a piano again. On paper this had everything we wanted: a sleek white look, quality weighted keys, pedals and so much more. Sadly we were lied to… The silver screw on the side look terrible, It does not match the photos in picture. The keys are not weighted. It feels like the trashy keyboard my mom bought me back in the early 90’s. The is a hideous logo on the flimsy music stand that feels one sneeze away from tumbling off. It wobbles. No matter what we do or how we adjust it, it wobbles and keeps wobbling. That cord sticks straight out of the back and with the wonderful wobble is guaranteed to break quickly. Overall, this feels like a trashy product that we would have bought from wish, not the quality I have learned to expect from Amazon. Please don’t get stuck with this product. They charged us $80 to ship and to send it back we must pay shipping. Please please please look elsewhere.
