Some of the reviews had me skeptical of ordering this but I am so glad I did. Not only did it ship and arrive when they said it would both the unit and the bench for both in the same box and arrived at the same time. Super easy to assemble and the quality of the keyboard is excellent. Sound is exceptional and the keyboards feels sturdy and made to last. This is an absolute great value for your money if you are looking to purchase an item like this. This was for a beginner so I was not looking to spend a lot but the quality that I got for the amount that I spent is exceptional. If you're looking to purchase something like this and are hesitant don't be My experience was absolutely wonderful!!

I want to say it looks nice, just not weighted keys. It is easy to assemble for two people working together. Really fast shipping and delivery in two days!! Seller answered all my questions after delivery and thank you so much for your problem solving.

The power cord is not for USA plugs and was missing pieces to the bench. Once I was able to find an adapter for the plug in it did not work. Reached out to customer service and they are rude and just offered to send a new cord and still waiting for a cores. This was supposed to be for my granddaughter for Xmas and the piano is still not working. I received it on Nov 19 and it’s now Dec 29tg so not buy

Had an issue the first piano. Could’ve been shipping. Sound didn’t turn on after first power off. Because it was a gift, we hid it until my daughters birthday and didn’t check it out right away. But contacted seller and it was replaced immediately. Seller was great and responsive with communication! My daughter loves this piano and it’s beautiful in our living room when she’s not practicing.
