Time will tell if durability is a strong suit. Silicone in general is very easy to clean and I've never feared that it's heat resistance would fail. Another strong suit is that these utensils will be gentle on all your cookware and (as someone who cannot stand the the sound of metal-on-metal scraping) silent too! I really like these. They are just what I needed and I like how strong the silicon is. The only thing I dislike about it is I use it in the dishwasher so the top separate from the wood and I’ve had to superglue them back together. I know that’s my fault since I put it in the dishwasher so if you care, don’t put them in the dishwasher if you don’t really care dishwasher and then just fix them as needed. I loved all the pieces and they are good quality for the price. The utensils holder is tiny and can’t hold these up without tipping if you remove one or 2. Also the spoon thing for the counter is a flimsy rubber. Other than that great set!
