First of all, I got this to use for Spectrum mobile. Unfortunately this one doesn't work for that, AT&T and Verizon. I think there's a couple more. Works well with Tmobile. It's good for a replacement or temporary phone as its cheaper than most phones. Downside I guess is when loading an app (?) or the system can take a few to run/load. The media could not be loaded. This phone is the worst pho e ever and should be taken off amazon . Defrauding customers is not the way to go. Bought this umidigi A5 and it seemed to be working for 3months and boom it just stopped . Only turns on and on 100% when phone is plugged on a d charging . Once it's unplugged phone goes off. And also pho e does not charge except with the red charger that came with the phone. Contacted their support team and after about a month of back and fort they suddenly closed my case without it being resolved....... this is fraudulent almost 80dollars down the drain. This is painfull. Amazon is saying the company has to handle it and the company is not doing anything about it. I wish I read reviews about this phone before purchasing it.     • Decent phone for kids
I purchase this phone for my nephew and he love it. No complains from him. The screen is big enough for him to play games and it fits in his hand perfectly. He’s 9. It’s easy to use and to set up and is very light weight. It came with a protective case so that was a plus.

The Umidigi Power 5 phone runs stable, and to its credit never once froze or locked up. However the camera is awful, it's slow, and the screen quality is lacking. This is about what I expected for the price. I thought I could deal with these shortcomings as it's purpose was just a second backup phone. I tried to live with it... I bought this phone in April and actually began to use it around the 3rd week of May. By June it was already giving problems, shutting down and not turning back on. By July, it was of no use. I gave it to a phone repair man to check if the problem was the battery. He informed me that the battery was good but I might as well get a new phone as the motherboard was bad. I got barely 2 months of use from the phone. What a waste of time and money. I honestly believe that a refund should be given. ... show more
