The spring and summer where I am can get pretty rainy at times. I wanted a smaller compact umbrella I could keep on hand for when I have to leave the house in a rain storm. I chose this one in the light grey color and I am pretty happy with it. It is exactly what you would expect and seems to be good quality. I used it last weekend when we had torrential downpours to take my pup for a walk. It opens nice and large and is easy to use 1 handed. Once done it closes back up just as easily. This is a good solid umbrella. Automatic, yes be careful when it pops open, don't be too close too others. I did not care for the way it closed but that might just be me needing to get used to it. I have never had an auto close before. And it is heavy. Solid. I had it in my work bag and forgot it was there, I could not figure out why my bag was so heavy. But it is worth it if you live with a lot of wind. I recommend it! ... show more
