This travel umbrella is very high quality, but it was longer and heavier than I anticipated so I gave it to my husband. It was a significant upgrade over the umbrella he had been using previously, and he really likes it.

My only complaint about this umbrella is with the included storage sleeve is very tight. It's difficult to get back on the umbrella after use, moreso than other umbrellas I've had in the past. Otherwise, it's a great little compact umbrella. It fits well in the side pocket of my backpack and doesn't weigh very much. The diameter isn't very large, just being enough for one person, but that's fine given the collapsed size. The material does a good job of shedding water. The wind resistance is quite good. Umbrellas of this size usually don't have too much of a problem, but the vents certainly help even more. The auto-close feature is great. You can just hit a button to collapse the umbrella when entering a building, instead of having to fiddle with pulling it down and locking it yourself. You still have to manually compact the center shaft afterwards, but it at least gets the umbrella compact enough you can quickly get through a doorway. I would recommend this. It's a nicely made umbrella, and the price is pretty competitive with others of its size and type.
