Trash can is great, matched description. Except for the lid, it doesn't fit so there's a gap and doesn't swing smoothly. It's a small issue since we use it for recycling but could be if one were to use this for regular garbage that smells.

This kitchen trash can is fabulous! Truly, it's large but not bulky, and the pewter color is rich and perfect! The best feature is the 'band' under the lid that hides that ugly fold of trash can bags! Wish I had discovered this a long time ago! HIGHLY recommend.

This was purchased for our kitchen. It's exactly the right size for the amount of trash we have in our kitchen. he's a 16 1/2 gallon trashcan. I like the ring under the lid. It holds the trash bag in place.

It's actually way bigger than it looks in the reviews and it's very light.
