I started buying UltraGlass screen protectors since last year with the iPhone 14. I have bought screen protectors in the past and they are never edge to edge or scratch way to easily or are a mess to put on. I’ve never really had a problem to have to use the warranty until recently. I bought a set to use with the iPhone 15 Pro Max when I upgraded and they are excellent. I keep a minimal case on the phone, but have used without. I have dropped the phone and legit this protected my screen- the edges usually shatter but it keeps the phone looking great! I never used the warranty for my own damage. Until recently- I noticed that the glass was cracking from normal use so I emailed the company and got a response from Jenna. Extremely helpful and easy to use the warranty! They shipped out a new set and it came very quickly! They truly made is way with no hassle. Jenna made sure to follow up and make sure everything was ok. I got the replacement and they make it easy to apply with cleansing wipes and a plastic guide to ensure perfect placement. It came out perfect with out bubbles or anything stuck under the screen. The package comes with two full protectors and associated pieces- there is one orange applicator so be sure to save it for future use. For customer service alone this is def worth the buy. I purchased my first ultraglass screen protector for my iPhone 14, and when I finally made the switch to iPhone I knew I only had one choice for screen protectors. They're super east to install and the application frame makes everything dust free and lays it out perfectly to smooth out any remaining application bubbles (which are marginal) The actual screen protector itself is top notch its nice and smooth, has a nice thickness to it which never feels like its going to snap, and it almost totally covers the entire display and bezels yet still is compatible with a lot of cases. In terms of light transmittance the screen protectors impact on display performance is minimal, colors are nice and poppy and brightness overall is good. However, down the road one thing I do want them to work on is overall screen reflectivity. The glass is nice and shiny and looks like brand new screen glass but in very bright environments you do need to bump up the brightness of the display to see past the reflections on the screen protector. Overall if you're looking for a screen protector that has it all and feels good while using it Ultraglass is the only option. ... show more

UltraGlass makes very high-quality screen protectors. I’ve been fan of them for 3 different phones and will definitely recommend to anyone that is looking for tempered glass screen protector. Instruction is straight forward and only takes about a minute to install, bubble and dust free. Their customer support is excellent and even provided replacement after I shattered them. They were able to provide protection for my screen and honestly feels better than without screen protector as it has anti-finger print and smoother surface overall even making it feel hydrophobic. This product has been protecting my screen from drops for ages with no visible damage. IT HAS THE EASIEST AND BEST INSTALLATION I HAVE EVER SEEN. The screen protector comes with all necessary cleaning supplies which includes both a tech safe wet wipe and an oil wipe which is more than most. It actual protector comes loaded in a device that snaps onto your phone. After that you just follow the instructions for removing the tabs that cover the sticky side. As if that wasn’t enough it also comes with a tool to ensure there are NO BUBBLES AT ALL. When that’s complete you just snap off the loading device and it’s literally perfect. An OCD persons dream. I have genuinely never seen such an easy application. I think even my mom could handle this without help and without getting frustrated which is saying a LOT. The drop quality is also great- as thoroughly tested by me lol. Recently I was on a run and dropped my phone. It fell screen first on a rock. The screen cover was slightly cracked but my actual phone screen received zero damage! I messaged customer support as the initial product purchase has a lifetime warranty. Their customer service team quickly sent me a response that immediately asked for a shipping address to send a replacement to no questions asked. I did have a small chip on the edge of the screen after I rolled over a rock, but within a few days they had a new screen to me. The customer service is very attentive and caring.     • Screen protector cracked in the first two weeks

I gave it 4 stars only because it cracked fairly quickly, but it was free I dropped my phone in a tile floor. After it cracked I was annoyed but when I took it off and tested the glass like they showed in the video it really did do very well, I had had to aggressively hit the edge on a hard surface before it showed any damage. I believe it was just a freak occurrence that it hit just right to crack the glass. It was very easy to apply and the provided applicator worked perfectly went on with very little effort to remove any air bubbles. Once it went on it was very secure and took a little effort to remove. Very smooth feel to it as well, great sensitivity, I am very disappointed that it cracked when it did this was a very nice product. ... show more
