Description

Superior design and industry leading quality/durability makes the Ultra Yield grow tent the top choice for professional and home growers. This tent uses the strongest material available: Diamond pattern 1680D Mylar. The inside is the highest rated 98% reflective so all of the light inside the tent reflects on your plants, increasing yields. Do not be fooled by cheaper tents that will rip and tear over time. Cheap tents use flimsy zippers. We use the strongest zippers to ensure your tent may be used for many years and many grow cycles. We use a full metal 22mm push button frame with smooth metal edge pieces to give us the highest hanging rating in the industry. You can easily hang HPS or LED grow lights from the frame along with any ventilation system. Our unique French door design allows for maximum workable space inside your tent. Our FREE 12 inch height extension kit allows for higher yields by letting your plants grow taller. If you plan to grow more than once, you need this tent. This tent is an investment that pays for itself and more in just one grow! Features: 1) 1680D Mylar: The strongest and most reflective tent material on the market. 2) 22mm Metal Frame: The biggest poles on the market for the strongest tent. • Unbelievable value
My citrus trees were outgrowing my six foot tall tent so I ordered this 96" tall grow tent. I read the reviews that criticized the view windows, access openings, light bleed, etc., but they were not a problem for me. It is made from heavy canvas. The poles are a bit wobbly but that does not affect its function. I suggest that you do not disassemble the two top sections before assembly if you want the full 94" height because figuring out how to zip them back together is a little difficult if you're unfamiliar with these zippers, especially when you are balanced on top of a stepladder. If you must take them apart, I suggest you mark them before you do so in order to have a starting point for reassembly. I took them apart because I thought I would not have room on top to slip both section over the poles, but there is plenty of room if you have a 96" ceiling. In fact, it's designed so that you can put the frame together lying down and then tilt it up, which I had not even hoped for. The only real issue for me that may affect the tent's longevity is not having front access all the way to the top. The top two feet doesn't have a front zipper, so raising the lights is very difficult while standing on a stepstool outside the tent. The inside is reflective, the tent doesn't weigh much, and one's head is pressed against the inside of the canvas, moving the tent so it can be disorienting as well. I don't have back access because the back of mine is against a wall. It is no longer as shown the picture, which shows the back to be reflective inside. A new back opening has been added, I assume because of the requests for one. That is an issue for me because my citrus trees need as much light as possible without adding more heat from another light fixture, and the curved black zipper cover seam, added to the black straight seam between the two top sections, absorbs a lot of light where it needs to be reflected. I have been searching for reflective tape to cover these seams, but so far I have not found any that are affordable. I looked at this when it was on sale, and then needed it two days later when it cost $20 more. Still very much worth the price, but I wish I had know I would need it two day earlier. A great deal. ... show more

  • GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, HEAVY CANVAS, STRONG ZIPPERS, PERFECT DESIGN
UPDATE: 4x8 Ultra Yield: I have had my new 4x8 for about 4 weeks. The name has changed but the quality is still amazing, especially considering the price. I absolutely love this style of tent. The instructions have been revised, it looks like they have a lot in stock, and even introduced a new model. It is simple to set up but because the canvas is so thick and heavy I recommend having a helper. I could not be more happy with the product quality and great customer service! 2x4 King Kong: Absolutely superior to your average grow tent and equal quality to the most famous most expensive "Gorilla" tent. I spent several weeks researching and comparing every tent I could find. I am a very picky customer and demand very "high" quality product. If you are more than a casual grower this tent is for you. Good zippers, heavy canvas with quality reflective material, sturdy frame, virtually light proof, and solid black exterior, no obnoxious neon around seems, just a small logo on the top right corner. Only 2 drawbacks. First, very difficult to find!!! I can only find one seller on Amazon for this exact product, and nowhere else but Amazon. Second, like all imported items, the instructions are pathetic. Glance them over, use your brain, and get to work. It's simple to figure out. One suggestion, put the tent over the frame with the unit laying on its back. The canvas is too heavy and the frame too tall to assemble otherwise. Build the frame, lay canvas down, put the frame on the canvas, start from the bottom with the doors facing upward. Just zip everything together and stand the unit upright. Done, 30 minutes, no tools required. ... show more

  • Very comparable to Gorilla Grow, Ultra Yield is a good value tent.
Good tent for the money, definitely bang for buck. I own a Gorilla Grow tent and was looking for an alternative that is cheaper and found that with the Ultra Yield. Ultra has the same height as the Gorilla Grow and the same thickness too, so that was a big plus for me. The reflective pattern inside the tent is a bit different, with the Gorilla Grow having a larger diamond shape pattern. The Ultra Yield does lack some details in comparison to the Gorilla Grow. For instance, you don't get the inside pouch to hold some things like a hygrometer with most tents, but no big deal. I just wish the tent had the outside straps to hold the zip doors to the side of the tent like my Gorilla Grow tent, but other than that no complaints. ... show more

  • Light leaks
Metal frame and thicker material than others, decent zippers, however; been using apx 2 months and many light leaks. Holes from stiching mainly, but also from zippers, and windows regardless how hard u line up velcro and attempt to seal it out. Considering thats the main thing you get a tent for you'd think they'd address it. It seems all tents have the same issues regardless of price or if plastic/metal or 600D/1600D ... show more

  • Vent location on 2x4 makes no sense
Nice tent, but the location of the fan vents make no sense at all. Hot air rises, I prefer the fan vents be located near the bottom of the tent. The fan vents and outtake vent are all at the top of the tent. Other than that, very nice...but the vents are a big deal to me. The vendor I purchased from was A+. ... show more

  • Bang for your buck!
I'm pretty pleased with my purchase. The fabric is very thick and durable. Its pretty sturdy. I got the 2x4 with the 1' extension and it holds up well fully equipt. So about half the price of one of those monkey tents, and you get the same quality. The only thing I don't really like, is opening the tent. You have to unzip, 5 zippers to open the front, and have access to your plants. Gets a little annoying. But worth the annoyance, to save money up front. ... show more

  • Worth buying
Only complaint is that the zippers could be more durable. Otherwise it works wonderfully.
