I will say I was very impressed with the seller, I had an issue with the full size one I bought and they sent me another in just one day later and told me that I did not have to send the other one back. I plan to fix it and then donate it as I would feel guilty keeping them both. I’m a side sleeper and have been having hip and lower back discomfort and my mattress is only 2 years old it’s a firm but quite comfy it just needed a little bit of softness and thus mattress top did the trick. This mattress topper made everything better I mean it’s like laying in a thick puffy cloud, I liked it so much I bought another larger one for my niece who just had surgery something to look forward too when she can start sleeping in her bed and her husband washed it but us waiting till she is ready to use it together. I plan to by one more as a gift later this month for an elderly neighbor I know she will love it, don’t hesitate give it a try you will not be disappointed.

All I can say is OMGAWD!!! Thank You~!~!! We got a new mattress after the previous "The Cloud" Serta pillow top (I'll never have another one) lasted for less than 8 years and I totally despised not being able to flip it models failed.. The new model is also a hybrid mattress, but is flippable and was just a bit too firm. I was feeling progressively more and more uncomfortable as the nights wore on, and with my serious back problems.. this just wouldn't do.. So I began searching "Our Beloved Amazon - heh" for an alternative, and after quite some time and research finally landed on this wonderful topper. It's like sleeping on top of well stuffed Ida Down on top of piles of silk. So very comfortable and my back pain is virtually completely gone now -such a relief! Be sure you follow the instructions on care and initial setup. You Do have to let it fluff out because of the vacuum packing (it wasn't really heavy btw). Mine decompacted fine, but I still want to run it through the dryer when we next venture to the laundromat. Shake it a little here and there when you take it out and at least let it sit for a few hours. It was just as easy to put on the bed as a regular mattress protector, and I also put my regular protector on top of it for added security and waterproofing. The materials feel like they are of good quality.. Viscose is also called Rayon and can be made from a number of different materials, so take good care of it and follow the washing instructions carefully. Delicate only, and cool only, and use only a horizontal washer that does not have a central agitator or you will tear it up. Only dry on low temperatures (preferably in a very larger laundromat dryer so it has plenty of room to loosely toss about. Drying it in the sun is alright as well, but it won't fluff like you want it to. I recommend using a waterproof and bug proof protector on top of this just to be sure you take care of it properly. Now I want to buy one for both my Mother and my Aunt HAHAHHA! TG it is in my price range.. barely. (Addendum: I have run it through the big dryer at the laundromat.. The dryer was cold so I gave it a quick warm on medium for anout 2 minutes and then tumbled on low for quite some time. The topper was fully ready in about 25 minutes, but I decided to elt it go on low while I did the rest of my laundry. It did perfectly and is just like the manufacturer photos.. I was so tired when I arrived home that I just flaked out on top of everything.. It was so comfortable that I was out liek a light in very short order and slept beautifully. I can attest that if you use this below your sheets instead of covering it with an additional mattress protector, that it does have better cooling effect. I will of course keep my waterproof/bugproof protector on top just for safety. The cat is nutz about the new topper as well.) Namaste.

We got a new mattress and the exterior design was uncomfortable. This mattress topper fills those voids so we don’t feel them when we sleep. It is cooling which was a bonus I wasn’t expecting. We’ve slept on it for two months and are happy with it. It has laundered well. Would recommend this!

The matress topper is ok. It is more like a soft blanket. The topper fits well around the matress and tight so it doesn't move around. Definitely doesn't do anything for back pain and doesnt realky provide support but made my bed a little more comfortable. If your looking for your matress to be a little more plush this is a good topper for the price. My kids got sick and threw up on it and the topper was easy to wash. Update: The seller is amazing. They truly want you to be happy with your purchase. I would recommend for everyone to purchase from this seller! I had to give am extra star just in customer service alone.

When I tell you that my expectations have been exceeded, it would be an understatement. I've been using this mattress topper for just under two weeks and it has honestly changed my life! About a year ago, my husband and I were newlywed and making our first big purchase: a larger mattress because my full mattress wasn't cutting it anymore. So we walked into one of those mattress stores and laid on a bunch until we found one we both liked. It was a queen hybrid (partial spring, partial memory form) adjustable bed. It was great for the first 6ish months, but it was just starting to feel more and more uncomfortable. My husband hadn't complained, and I didn't want to complain - so I started looking for other options and after a TON of research, this is what I went with. I am actually EXCITED to go to sleep now! I'm not kidding! This feels AMAZING - like I'm sleeping on an actual cloud, and my body actually feels rested after sleeping on this amazing topper. I really, REALLY hope it holds up for a bit and keeps it's shape/cushiness. When I wash my bedding weekly, I put this in the tumble dryer on high to reshape/re-puff and it works great. Also, for those wondering, I'm a HOT sleeper and went searching for reviews on this exact issue when purchasing, I do not find that I run hot with this mattress topper at all. I'm comfortably warm but not overly so. I got it on sale for less than $40 and I truly feel it's the best money I've spent on Amazon.
