Update: The seller was way more prompt the second round of communication and sent me the ivory cover. I had already used the brown one as it took almost 2 weeks to get a response and was told to just keep both which was a nice surprise. My family does like the bean bag chair and use it often so I will order a second one. I ordered an ivory fur cover and received a brown fur cover. I contacted the seller Dec 24 asking if I can return just the cover to exchange it for the one I ordered. I didn’t get a reply until Dec 30 where I was asked to send a photo of what I received, which I did so by the next day. It’s January 6 and I have yet to receive a response. As for the product itself, it’s soft, feels luxurious, and a good size. It does sink way too much once you sit in it so it could use extra filling if you want a little firmness. The filling is available for purchase, which I’ll probably buy directly from the website itself because I’d prefer to not buy from this Amazon seller in case something goes wrong with my order again. The cover is easily removable for washing, the filling expanded immediately and didn’t need to sit for a long period of time to do so. The brown is a nice color, but it wasn’t my first choice. I did pay an extra $100 for the fur version. We have the pillow sack that’s velvet and although the fur is slightly more elevated, I wouldn’t say it’s worth the extra $100. ... show more

*writing on 04/02/2025 Ordered 03/29 Delivered 04/02 Fast shipping Arrived in a box. Had a protective case, the cover was in a separate plastic bag (inside box), once you remove the protective outer layer you have the bean bag filler which is the memory foam material others have shown. It comes in another protective outer layer which we chose to leave on even after putting the cover on. It immediately begins to inflate and rise or expand. I am 300+ lbs and it holds me nicely. We got the 6ft version in teal suede. Absolutely beautiful and beyond comfortable. Seems very high quality for an excellent price. I am writing my review on day 1. I will update my review after I have the opportunity to fully evaluate this product. I am hoping it can withstand the weight of myself as well as my two vivacious children who love to jump on things. ... show more

    • It's Nice - more affordable than the name brand

By now I'm sure everyone has heard of the name brand LoveSac. This is a much more affordable product with the same quality. My wife and I have had our hearts set on buying the name brand version of this for years - we just never got around to do so. We purchased a new house last year and our master suite is huge. we have a separate sitting area and wanted something that the two of us could get cozy together in. We decided to go shopping at the name brand store and tried out a few of their products. Then it hit us. Why not check out Amazon and see if there is something comparable. Well, needless to say to found what we wanted and were thrilled at the price difference. Amazon even beat Costco's price. Now for the rating that I gave. Let's start with the one star for gaming. Neither my wife nor I are gamers so this is probably an unfair rating. If I had time to waste sitting in a bean bag chair for hours playing games then I wouldn't have time to sit here and write this review. Softness - Definitely 5 stars. I would give more if I could but I can't. The washable outer shell is extremely soft, yet durable. We purchased the black one just so that it would go with other furniture in the room. It looks great and it feels amazing on your skin. Finally, comfort - 3 stars. Why only 3 stars you may ask. Well, I'll tell you. My Mrs. and I are no longer spring chickens. At 49 and 41-years-of-age we no longer get down and back up as easily as we used to. These are definitely more suitable for a younger crowd. Our children are bigger fans than we are and when they are old enough to write this review they can give it 5 stars. I would have 15-20 years ago! With all that said this is a great product, it's built with quality, and is quite more affordable than the competition. Would I buy it again? In a heartbeat! We are in the middle of finishing off the basement of our home and when the theater room is complete we plan on buying a few more. Movies + popcorn + an Ultimate Sack bean bag chair = quality time with family and friends! ... show more

I really liked this bean-bag! There wasn't an unusual smell either. I never touched the floor by laying on it. Even though it was filled with foam, I still felt a bit low though. It could have been sent with an extra bag of foam. The foam gets a little pricey, in order to make it higher up to get on, due to me don't like being too low, I unzipped it and added soft pillows at the bottom of the actual ( inside) foam bag. Not inside of the actual foam bag. As you can see in pics it's much higher afterwards. Another thing I decided to do was to take the extra white zipped up foam bag, that the brick of foam was sent in, to not toss it away. There's already a stool shape to it, so I went ahead and stuffed that extra cover with a few blankets and sheets. Therefore, now I have an ultimate bean- bag without having to buy the extra priced one with the stool. I made my own stool. ( as you can see in pics ). Now, all I have to do is order a cover for it to match the bean bag. I also noticed that my fur babies took over the whole set, probably thought that I brought them an extra super, king sized doggie bed. I can't hardly get on it in peace, bc of my fur babies always are in my way. So, instead of them joining me, it seems the other way around. It's a really nice bean bag and I would suggest you buy it. It's very comfortable. Beanbag itself definitely deserves a 5 star rating , but I just want to keep an honest review due to beanbag needing more foam , in my personal opinion, or otherwise, do as I did and stuff it yourself. It's a little pricey, and so is extra foam if you need more. So, I'm going to go ahead and leave 4 stars. But buy it, you won't regret it! ... show more

Very durable and comfortable. Great addition to basement instead of buying another recliner. Transporting down the stairs was easy. Not as heavy moving as what you think. Oh yeah, dogs love it too, even when one of us is using it.
