I have been a loyal Doogee owner for years, but I've left then in the dust now that I've had this Ulefone Armor 16X Pro! This Ulefone is amazing. It's lightning fast out of the box, very smooth operations, and I'm already at ease with it as if I've always had a Ulefone! In the past, I used to experience glitches with new phones so I've been waiting for that to happen... But nothing., no glitches, no hiccups, no indications of something I'm going to have to deal with for the life of the phone. Everything is perfect. Camera quality is excellent, speed is very fast, startup is quick, setup of this phone was easier than I've ever had, battery is exceptional - it doesn't drain quickly but it sure charges faster than what I'm used to, flashlight is much brighter than what I expected, the overall quality of this phone is exceptional. Compatible with my T-Mobile SIM, has room for another SIM and an SD card. I didn't even need a little tool to open the card holder! It's a heavy phone, but I much prefer that to have a large battery with long battery life. Haven't dropped it (yet!) but I expect it to be very durable - which is exactly what I need since I have arthritis and am very klutzy! There are so many features on this phone, I just cannot wait to try them all. Easily synced to my car with Android Auto, and no delay in communication with my car. The Duraspeed did not disappoint either. I've had no problems customizing all the options to my preferences. And I love that there's no bloatware (bloatware is pre installed unnecessary apps that take up space and are useless). I've synced it up with all my old laptop easily and with no issues. I love this phone! It has easily converted me to being a loyal Ulefone user. I would give this 6 stars if I could! Thank you so very much for restoring my faith in new tech!💖💖

Amazing phone for the price. Fantastic specs for what you pay. The battery arrived 99% charged and lasted 3 days with moderate use. The features this thing packs is amazing and the IR blaster is very nice. I had it in my galaxy note before and missed having it. No more worry about finding the TV remote or any IR remote for that matter. The performance and speed is that of newer gen phones, like 2024 which is still amazing for the price. The phone is on the heavier side of newer phones. But this thing is a tank. Its tough right out of the box. It came with a screen protector already and it just feels solid. The cameras are great as well and I like the night vision camera. This is the go to phone brand for camping or outdoors or even if you want a unlocked phone with a bunch of features that make the new gen phones jealous. My carrier is t-mobile and all I had to do is move my Sim card over to this phone and it just works. It also has dual Sim slots, so those who have a work phone and personal phone. You could merge them together and just carry one phone if wanted :)

In the words of Gabriel Iglesias this Ulefone is "fluffy"! Do not think you are getting a slim model, you are getting what they appropriately call a life proof phone that is heavy (negligible) and fluffy, it is Waterproof and Dust Proof in other words life proof ,it does work on Tmobile that is the carrier I use and I do get 5g along with crisp reliability no setup of the APN needed . Tech specs if you are skeptical because of the price and how much this phone offers don't be this is a budget phone with top tier features including glove mode a massive battery that can double as a Power Bank ,true Android 15 with a ton of customization options to make the phone yours . Now when we say true droid 15 I mean minimal overlay with some nifty tools and features added (yes those tools are relevant). This is my second Ulefone and have no doubt that my loyalty stays with this brand.OK so SD card functionality make sure you get a San Disk micro SDXC UHS-1 through testing I have found that this card works flawlessly in this unit,also if your worried about budget build don't be when I say solid its solid, this includes the screen which for me is just fine I spend most of my time on Social Media and perusing Ebay and Amazon with a reply to email sprinkled in. Now Battery I have had the unit since Fri I still have not charged it I am at 27pct and still going again the Battery is another reason I love this unit and its predecessor if you set it in the right conditions (screen timeout,brightness etc) it will last for you also. Alright last all the controls are on the right the only thing on the left is the magic button I make mention of this because my last phone was the opposite with the power being on the right and everything else on the left which after a few days became second nature . Oh did I forget about the NIGHT VISION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! holy ....... not a knock off version or a skim overlay this is true Night Vision I have included a photo along with a side shot of the phone and some of the customization options from the drop down

Size: some will consider this bulky. I like the size Battery: lasts for days Weight: heavier than most due to large battery Durability: I like the durability. Many drops and zero issues so far Camera: meh ... there are better cameras Night vision: nice feature that works! Sound: Decent sound for a durable phone. Connectivity: I live in an area with spotty cell connection and this performs well, so good overall I would purchase this phone again, but I like the large/heavy phone. I rarely say that about cell phones.

I am no stranger to Ulefone. I own an Armor 28 Ultra and my dad decided he wanted a similar rugged phone without all the extra features/costs associated with a flagship device. The x16 met and exceeded all expectations. It works great with T-Mobile and Tello. 5G works great and it comes with a screen protector included! Overall it's amazing value for a rugged phone where the battery lasts a long time.

The phone is okay, it is tougher than any of the big name phones, but. And it it a very large but. It is nothing but a headache. We can start with hardware. The power button to turn the screen off works about 1 in 10 times. The camera focus is off I don't understand why. It will adjust to perfect focus then just let it go and it's back to blurry. It's like it can't hold focus. I contacted support about both issues and while they were quick and courteous, they were unable to do or suggest anything without me sending them a video. How do you do that with only one phone? And on to the software it is loaded with. For the most part you can do what you want with it. Install, uninstall, change settings, whatever. Except, ant this is the one that kills the usefulness of the phone. Duraspeed. The conceptual idea I think is good maybe, but their execution of it is a nightmare. This app that you cannot get rid of will kill any and all of your app whenever it feels like it. Might be 4 hours later. Might be 5 minutes later. Doesn't matter if you are using the app or not. One minute you are typing an email the next you are looking at your home screen. No warning, nothing. Completely random. Sometimes it only kills a few apps sometimes it kills everything open or background. Sometimes it only kills the background apps, or just the ones you are using. Sometimes it will kill the app out of the list of active apps but it will keep running I don't know where and if you open it up again you get a second instance of the app running, think music or some kind of audio app which will then start playing consecutively with the first instance. I have contacted support about this as well and after the request for a video they said that it is there to turn off your apps so you don't spend too much time on your phone. They also said that I could toggle which apps it kills and which ones it doesn't. Except that the toggles have no effect on what actions it takes. They are basically just decorative switches that do nothing. I have tried every switch each way multiple times and it still just does whatever it wants to do. Stay away from this one until they get rid of duraspeed.
