This product does work fine. It links up Bluetooth immediately, so no issues there. The detachable button is magnetic, and comes off pretty easy so be careful of that, but it feel cheap and the mirror comes off often. If you don't want to pay a lot for an item like this, but want it to work, this is a safe buy.

I just wanted this to help take better angles of pictures with my S21 ultra. I did not think I was getting a multi-purpose stand as well!!! Talk about value for money!!! - Someone complained it's "too small" I'm not sure what kind of ogre hands they have, I wear size Large gloves for men and the grip is perfect for me. I do prefer to wiggle my phone a bit "up" or to the left of the grip, so there's a 1/4 inch where I can rest my palm against the grip and not the phone if that makes sense. - I have a rhinoshield case on my S21 Ultra and it fits into the grip just barely. It's snug, but that's what you want! It's sturdy and the phone is not going to fall out at all. I'm confident you could sprint with this in your hand and the phone wouldn't fall or come dislodged. - I do wish the shutter button could be clicked to open the camera app, but it just engages the volume button. Which is odd... But once you're in the camera app, the shutter button works fine. Took bluetooth a few tries and power cycles to see the Ulanzi but that's fine. It syncs up quickly now whenever I turn it on. - See the attached photos for how you can use it as a stand. It's kinda sweet! I think I'll just keep it on my phone all the time, except for when I charge it at bedtime. I included a coke can for size comparison. - For the price, you really can't go wrong with this grip/stand/wireless-photo button!!

I love the form factor of this grip. I ordered this after returning a far more expensive unit which did the exact same thing, but not as well. With this unit I am able to use the grip while my Samsung S20 phone is still in a thin Urban Armor Gear (UAG) case. I feel much better that the phone is better protected this way. I could not use my UAG case on my phone with the more expensive grip that I returned. With that said, I would recommend the Cap Grip II if you need a basic camera phone grip with a Bluetooth remote. My only wish is that the Cap Grip II also had a built in powerbank so the phone can be charging while the phone is being held. Some of the other more expensive grips have that feature.

I’m not into vlogging or any of that stuff, I just take a lot of photos, and this grip makes it so much easier! I never realized what a struggle it is to hold your phone for photos until I put this on and was able to do it all one handed like a real camera! The dedicated photo button is awesome and it’s a bonus that it pops off to use as a remote, instead of using the on-screen buttons, AND it’s got a standard 1/4-20 thread on the bottom so it will attach to any tripod or GoPro mount! It’s also not bulky and doesn’t draw attention like those big camera-rig gimbal things. If you’re just a casual photographer, or even more than casual, this is a perfect piece of gear! If it ever got lost or broken I would order the exact same thing again. Did I mention the button is USB-C rechargeable? You don’t have to buy a $7 coin battery every time it runs low!! Buy this!

Well made, good sized grip, and a sturdy holder for the camera. Bluetooth connection works, and then the frustration begins. The shutter button may or may not operate. Several photos in a row can be taken, and then no response whatever. Then it seems to work fine for a few more shots, and then nada. Defective shutter? Electronic glitch? Whatever the cause, I have returned it since taking photos requires dependability
