100 percent cotton. Great comfort. I needed quick take off put on comfort after surgery and these did the trick. Wash up well. I almost would use them as a night bottoms. Well made!! They did run larger than I expected.

I don’t know exactly what I was sent but it is nothing like the pictures or description. They are very stiff. They don’t lay with a bunched up waist as shown. Mine are very flat. This isn’t a negative but they are on the larger size for what I ordered.

So yeah these lil puppies are basically like wearing cotton pajama shorts. The photo isn’t representative of the product. The fabric is a cheap cotton, no drape as the picture implies lol. I’m not mad bc I can wear them riding my bike but they look super cheap 🙃👍
