I love the many degrees of decline that this bench has. Truly a nice touch to have the dragon flag handles for ab work. Also the bench is very light weight and easy to roll while also being able to handle a lot of weight. My only issue is the stability of the front leg, the fact that it is supported by one vertical leg and not a horizontal cross beam like the back, makes it prone to tip. Just keep feet firmly planted on the ground during lifts for stability. All that being said it is a great bench, overall I am very pleased .

Easy to put together, if only using the front can tip over, but if doing bench squats nice to not have anything get in the way of your feet. over all a good sturdy bench. Be sure to read the manual (yes a manual) to get the bench flat.

The price is just right for this chair. Honestly if you are not he fence thinking about it, just order it. You really wont be sorry you did. This chair is exactly what my partner and I need after he works stocking shelves and what I need after flying and driving around the country for work. I wanted to give some time before reviewing this chair so that I could give an easy and honest review. PROS: The chair is very portable and can fit in a variety of rooms. The faux leather is very good quality and doesn’t feel or look cheap at all. The faux leather is extremely easy to clean and take care of and does not seem like it will crack. The stitching is beautiful and adds a classy touch. Easily the size of a gaming chair and could be used as a nice upgrade to your game room. COMES ALREADY ASSEMBLED! Seriously you just pull it out of the box and toss the head and butt cushions on it. Plug it in and go. Controls are built into the right side of the chair for easy use (not another remote to lose! WIN!) Has a slot that fits my phone nicely. Massage includes kneading, knocking and rolling massage. (HUGE PLUS IS THAT IT REACHES UP YOUR NECK ALL THE WAY TO YOUR BUTT). Has side air massage pockets that feel amazing. I am 6’4 and have no problem sitting very comfortably in this chair and unwinding from my day. Bluetooth Speakers which are easy to connect to. Easy to use manual. CONS: No heating feature. No charging port/cable for the phone slot. No Cupholder (honestly you can buy one of the hook ones and hang it from the phone slot). I really cannot think of any other cons. This chair is fabulous and a great addition to anyone’s home or office. This chair is also a wonderful gift idea.

This is the best chair I have ever owned and is my absolute favorite thing in my house right now! So before we get into the massaging part of the chair, I just want to talk about the chair as a place to sit. It’s incredibly comfortable, I’ve sat in this chair for extended periods of time and it is just amazingly comfortable. The design is sleek and modern but doesn’t take away from the fact it is an amazingly comfortable chair. The massaging aspect of this chair brings another whole level to this already incredible chair. I tend to have lower back tightness. After sitting in this chair for 6-8 minutes with the whole body massage function on, you will feel the difference in your body. It’s a legit whole body massage, the tightness in my lower back is relieved and I feel loose and energetic after 6-8 minutes. If you have a problem area, you can take it off of whole body message and focus on just your lower body or just your upper body. You can adjust positions as well as the way the chair gives the massage. This chair is truly incredible! It comes with a couple extra fuses that are easy to replace, as well as an instruction pamphlet. There is no assembly. It comes to your house ready to go. Just put the headrest pillow on and plug it in! I’ve highly recommended items on here before. But I can’t recommend an item more heavily than this!! You need this chair in your life!

This massage chair is a nice introduction into the larger massage chair market, it has multiple types of massages available, all controllable through a control pad built into the right side of the seat at resting hand level, bluetooth connectivity to play audio and is remarkably portable, unlike the larger bulkier units. The price is also nice, at about half the cost while retaining more than 3/4 of the larger units features. This chair does not provide any heating or despite the title, reclining, unless they are referring to it's sloped design. It has a nice feel to the faux leather that isn't cheap, and comes ready assembled when shipped, just plug it into the wall and forget the day. Love it. The 4 stars given were in response to the "recliner" in the title, without that, it's easily 5 stars!
