Brand new to saddle hunting and I didn't want to spend a bunch of money only to find out I didn't like it, I was pleasantly surprised by this saddle. All the stitching looks good and it has an adjustable bridge, I got the hunt armor dump pouches and back band as well. Hunted with it for the first time last night and it was a very comfortable 5 hour sit. The buckle is broken and keeps undoing by itself one of the clasps are not engaging other than that the saddle is comfortable easy to use and light weight it could be a little bit bigger but it works

    • It’s definitely a knock off
This is most definitely a knock off of a Tethrd phantom. It’s not made for bigger guys I have a 38” waist and it’s small on me. The saddle itself is small also and doesn’t come up high enough to support lower back properly. The bridge is garbage and not amsteel. Also the prusik knot of the bridge does not stay tight it just slides. The quality is good but I would just spend the little extra to buy genuine. ... show more

This saddle tree stand is pretty cool. I just heard of these this year and got this one in time to hunt in October. It was easy to setup and it’s actually more comfortable than a metal tree stand! It’s much easier to setup than the traditional tree stands also. I had no issues with safety concerns but did have to buy all the needed attachments which are also expensive. Cheap way to get into saddle hunting, I just hope the quality is better than the printed English since your life depends on this. First thing I noticed was death or inhury printed on tag. Probably will use my safety harness along with this until I know the QC is better than appears on the warning label. ... show more
