Works flawlessly. I like that it's a simple straight forward product. The output goes to my TV, Input 1 is my PC, and Input 2 is my server. Input 1 carries audio through the switch to my TV, and then through my TV's eARC port to my sound bar. So I can play games on my TV like I have a console again, and I can add things easily moving forward. Cons: The Power cable is a USB to USB-C which is fine, but you'll need a surge protector with that sort of port. The cable is like 3 feet long, I wish it was a bit longer. And the unit itself doesn't weigh much. I have the three cables plugged into it it's suspended in the air by the tension of the cables. I'd be a little afraid as I plug things in that it'll start to pull in different directions. I might find a way to adhere it or I'll see if I can Velcro it somehow.

Works great for switching display and input as I multitask with 4 computers and camera systems and just push button or use remote for easy switch as I mounted on wall about 10 feet away so remote is great. I am not sure of power need I disconnect the power supply and switch still works even with the remote, only thing is it does lag just a second or two when power is disconnected. Simple to use and easy to connect.

It works exactly as described. The ability to switch between connected HDMI devices is quick and easy. The only issue I’ve had is that when connecting it to my smart TV, it would turn off while playing any video games (Swith and Xbox). There is a feature on the tv that if I turn off the connected HDMI device, the TV would turn off too. I turned that feature off in the TV’s settings and the problem went away. Regardless, it appears that the switcher may be sending the signal that my console has switched off when it is still on and running.

Before getting this switch I went through several that either didn't work, had issues, or quit working over time. I finally ended up spending $90 on a Startech 4 in 1 out switch based on its high reviews. It worked great, but I ended up needing another for a different room. I decided to try out this one because I've had good luck with other UGreen products that all worked well too (USB Hubs, etc). This one is phenomenal! After using it for months I decided to order another to use to replace the Startech in the original room so as to have one extra port as this one is 5 in 1 out. I also love that the remote takes standard AAA batteries as I use Panasonic Eneloop rechargeables for all of my remotes. Here's my use case for these just in case it helps anyone wanting to make sure it works with the following devices: Room 1 (media/retro gaming room): I have an older Sony sound bar that has 3 HDMI inputs and one out on the subwoofer. I have a Roku Ultra and an HD-DVD player hooked directing into the soundbar. I use the third input to use this HDMI switcher. Hooked up to the switch is a Raspberry Pi running retropie with lots and lots of emulators. Port 2 is an XBOX 360 with the add on HD-DVD player. Port 3 is a Playstation 3. Port 4 is a PS4. Port 5 is a Steam Deck docking station. The HDMI out on the soundbar goes first into an HDMI duplicator which outputs the video signal simultaneously to an older Panasonic plasma 1080p TV circa 2009, and also to a ceiling mounted Epson Laser projector that's pointed at an 80" high gain pulldown screen. I can switch between all devices and it switches quickly and looks great on either or both displays. The 2nd room is my bedroom: Here I have a wall mounted 42" LCD TV that has three HDMI inputs. I have a Roku soundbar hooked up to HDMI 1, and a Bluray player on HDMI 2. I have this switch hooked up to HDMI 3. On the switch I have a Mac Mini on 1. A Playstation TV (plays Vita games and streams games from your PS3/4 on your home network) on port 2. Port three has a Steam Link (to stream games from your PC on your home network) but I may move that someday since on port 4 I have another Steam Deck dock and this is where my Steam Deck lives most of the time. Port 5 is open but I may add another device to my bedroom setup someday... Anyway, great product for a great price-point! UGreen is awesome and this HDMI Switch continues my admiration for their quality products at a decent price!

Installed easily and does the job. It comes with a USB power cord, but does not include the USB-A power supply. Mine seems to be taking power from the Roku plugged into it, so I don't need the external power. Remote is solid and has real buttons that work. I had different unit with membrane switches that were unreliable, which is why I bought this instead. I think the picture is a bit clearer with this one. It does not auto-switch but that's fine with me. I am happy with this unit.

I use this as an input for my capture card in the living room. It works fine, but I had an issue with my 4K player where it would play a few times, but the player couldn't detect some video standard and told the disc not to play so it the disc displayed a message about not being connected to a device that supported the standard or some junk.

I really needed this as my TV only has three ports, one of which is used for my soundbar on the arc connection. I have a few devices so it became a hassle swapping them out on the back of the TV this made it just so much easier! I love KVM switches

This UGREEN HDMI switch has been a game-changer! My TV only has two HDMI ports, which was a major limitation. This switch has completely opened things up. I now have my Roku, laptop, PS4, Switch, and Steam Deck dock all connected without having to constantly swap cables. It's compact, easy to set up, and switching between devices is seamless, either with the included remote or the button on the unit itself. The 4K@60Hz support is great, and I haven't noticed any loss in picture or sound quality. If you're struggling with limited HDMI ports like I was, this UGREEN switch is a must-have.
