The device is being used to transmit 2m amateur radio audio out to a Plantronics Voyager 5200 headset. The <1/4 second delay is tolerable for this use. Audio clarity is quite acceptable for the cost. I week in it stopped working and I was looking around here for an alternative brand when I noticed someone mentioned trying a 7 second hold on the power button to reset their device. I held this one in for >10 seconds till the blue light came on. So far is seems to be working normally. The above mentioned failure occurred with two items paired(the 2 meter radio and a cell phone) and the USB-C cord connected to a 1 amp charger . The computer was likely trying to pair as well.     • Works but has a delay and is difficult to pair
I was trying to use this unit as a transmitter for my guitar amplifier. In this application there cannot be any delay. However, once I got it working I found about a half second delay which just doesn’t work. I don’t know if that would apply to a TV watching situation because I didn’t try it but I would assume that would be the same issue. To start, it was extremely difficult to pair this unit. I was trying to pair with Apple AirPods Pro. I almost gave up. The directions are clear but didn’t work and need more troubleshooting details. I’ll provide a few. First, MAKE SURE ALL BLUETOOTH DEVICES NEARBY ARE OFF. I had turned off my iPad and iPhone but forgot about my Bluetooth keyboard. As a result, unknown to me, the device paired with my keyboard before it had a chance to pair with my AirPods. Once I realized that I followed the directions to reset the unit. They didn’t work. The unit would not reset. After an hour of trying I was about to give up when I had a brainstorm and decided to plug the unit into the power cable. Voila! The unit reset. Once I reset it I was able to easily pair it. UGreen should provide this information. Instead their support is still emailing me questions about where I bought it and then after I provided that information they asked me a question 48 hours later which model I had. You’d think they would ask all their questions at once! Once they were paired they worked well and sounded good. But the delay made it impossible to use. Imagine strumming a guitar and getting the sound a half second later. Can’t use them. I’m back to my wired headphones which have no delay. If the same thing happens with a movie that would drive me crazy. I’m returning the unit. ... show more

    • Great for “co-listening” on true wireless earbuds
Bought this for a trip, so that we didn’t have to use the crappy earbud provided on tours. Works well - set to tx and we could both listen in on our respective sets of earbuds. The headphone jack attachment is flexible, which was a concern when buying it, and I’m glad it was flexible. Any finicky-ness with pairing is hard to determine- is it the headphones’ fault, or this thing’s? But that was one time out of several, so I’m giving it the benefit of the doubt. ... show more

Just really got to really listen and use this. Using Airpod Max and Sony WH-1000XM5 Wireless simultaneously, with a little difficulty but got it to work. On the info it said you cannot get phone calls in Tx mode but I get incoming calls on my Iphone with no problem and it's crystal clear. Using this on my livestream getting audio from my encoder right into my headphones. I think this is the best out there right now. Go get one!!!! ... show more

Bought it. Used it for a month now- here’s my experience. Great little thing, charges with a usb-c and it can have multiple bluetooth devices connected at once. However: this creates conflict and where I use it, multiple people are connected at one time. I connect my phone to it so i can listen through speakers, but whenever someone else (also paired) comes within a certain range- it pulls that device in and says “bluetooth connected”. While this isnt a defect or anything- its annoying as hell when someone walks from 25 ft to 30 ft, and then back. So just know where to place it and youll be good. Also. When I head to lunch- I watch youtube and release the pairing to the bluetooth so that I, and myself only, will hear Veritasium’s voice. This thing keeps reconnecting midway, and im sure thats either a bug that the manufacturer will call it as it is, or theyll say its a feature. Its a damn bug and its annoying. Good quality build though. Nice feel. Stupid rendition of bluetooth though. Annoying as hell. ... show more
