I’ve had this backpack for a few months and noticed the following. The charging port on the backpack is really just a usb size hole so you can put a portable in it, it comes with a usb extension, but the cord falls out regularly. Very comfortable bag, but there’s not much room to change the strap length. It worked perfectly for me (XL) but I know some people like backpacks to hang lower on their back, this is not the bag for that. Looks exactly like the photo, there’s no rip off, no scam, what you see is what you get, color and all. A lot of backpacks I’ve used in the past fall apart around the 4 months mark due to my hefty laptop that I take on trips. I’ve surpassed that and the bag is still in perfect condition.
