Words cannot describe how much I love these boots! First things first - SIZE. I wear a size 9.5W in Brooks athletic shoes. I got this UGG black chalet boot in a 10. I wear just a medium weight sock. There is some wiggle room in the toe area now that I have been wearing them for over a month, M-F, only at work. I keep them under my desk & slip them on when I arrive at work (teacher). I pretreated them (twice as recommended) with the UGG protectant spray. They still look brand new. Absolutely love these boots. They are really really warm and comfortable of course because they are uggs. Only drawback or criticism I would give is like all boots they're difficult to get on.
