I am very happy with this purchase. The chairs seem very well made, sturdy, and are comfortable to sit in. Several reviewers commented on difficulty of assembly and or misaligned holes but I found the assembly to be very straight forward and easy with no misaligned holes. I think the problem they may have had is tightening all the bolts with each step. If you assemble all the pieces leaving the bolts loose it all goes together very easy. Once the entire seat is assembled then go back and tighten all bolts before placing the seat on the base. I will admit if you only have the tools included with the kit it may take longer and be slightly more difficult. But if you have a drill or impact with an allen bit and a half inch wrench and socket assembly is very simple.

Ordered 4 dark grey, excellent color. Did not get the extra padding, but chairs very comfortable. Pretty easy to assemble with 2 working. A few extra screws would have helped as we were shorted 1 of each size. Seem well made and would order from them again. Swivel on 2 chairs is a bit tight, but feel it will loosen with time.

I like these types of chairs and have waited until I could afford them. I have spent off and on 2 days trying to assemble them. The holes don't line up. The directions are terrible. It doesn't say what to do 1st, 2nd, and so on. I finally got one seat together, then had to take one arm off to make the bar that goes across the bottom fit. Then I couldn't get the arm back on. It is in my living room. Trying to decide if I should try again or try to fit it back in the box and send back. I order 4 so the second box hasn't been opened. Very cheaply made. Update 7/3/24. The seller worked with me in addition to sending for complete directions. My ex and I finally got two of the chairs together. They are very sturdy. Only time will tell if they will hold up. Tip: don't tighten any of the screws down all the way. We only tightened them down maybe half way. This will leave you will flexibility to make it fit together.

We purchased these to replace the chairs we got with our Hampton Bay patio set. I am so happy with these! the color of the metal matches our table perfectly! I ordered the single fabric, rather than the double with padding. That is what failed with my previous set. These are very comfy and will dry quicker with out the padding in them. The gray material is very pretty! The height is perfect! The old ones were sagging in the middle. They were a tiny bit of a struggle to put together. ( but, so worth it) some of the welded nuts, were not perfectly placed. So the bolts did not want to go in. WE used strong arms and kept tightening them and they went together. One note... we found it was better not to tighten all the frame bolts until all of them were some what in place. ( our last chair took us 20 minutes to put together, , first ones , longer. Then we finally got it! ) . I would buy them again .

Because the chairs came with worthless directions, I had to hire a handyman to assemble them. It took him well over 4 hours to assemble 4 chairs. He had to go to a hardware store because the washers were stuck together. Any money I saved will be eaten up by labor costs. I am very disappointed.

I searched customer feedback on these chairs and many said the "holes didn't line up". The HOLES LINE UP PERFECTLY! You must insert the all the screws, slightly tighten, then go back and tighten them all down. We had no trouble with the assembly. Good quality, comfortable.
