Yes they are heavy but I need a heavier chair because of the wicked wind. I am not planning on carrying them everywhere. They are really comfortable and feel sturdy. They fit my tall husband and my short self well. Love these chairs.

I am 6 foot three, 245 pounds… These chairs are sturdy and comfortable. They are easy to fold. They are not all that heavy. A previous review had included heavy and hard to fold, but it’s simply not true. They are great chairs and I’ll probably get two more.

Like other reviewers said they are really, really heavy. They are rather difficult to fold and unfold. The only reason we bought these is because our condo association is requiring removal of all patio furniture every night. The previous non folding chairs were more comfortable and light, but no where to put them! ... show more
