I'm truly surprised - in a good way - about the quality of these wax melts. When I received the package I thought the wafers were thinner than the average melt, so they wouldn't be as strong. However, they are wider than the average melt, but more importantly, they are very fragrant. This morning I put one in my "wax melter" in my Florida room at the rear of the house. This room is only accessible to the rest of the house by a door. Well, a repairman came to my house just before lunchtime and walked in the front door and said, "nice smell." He could smell the melt all the way across the house. Yet the fragrance isn't suffocating or irritating at all, it's subtle and smooth. This, the Pistachio Amaretto, is the first melt I've tried, so I can't speak about the others. However, I opened all the packages and they appear - to my nose, at least - to have the same strength, albeit a different fragrance. Regarding the Pistachio Amaretto, the Pistachio scent comes in first, and later the Amaretto seems to dominate. After several hours they merge together into a more powdery scent with a hint of sweet nuttiness. Also, I did squish the wax with my finger, and it easily turns to a butter with just my finger warmth, so I'm pretty certain it's 100% soy. The price of these melts is an incredible value at $6.99 for a set of 4 packs. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Definitely needs better packaging than perforated plastic and razor thin cases. But that aside... The wax is thinner and melts quicker, and while the scents are very simple they do permeate a good distance from their source. Not too strong either to overwhelm the nose, if anything a little on the weak side but still brings life to a room. The clean up is great, 10 minutes in the freezer and the wax will slip right out of a ceramic holder. That's a huge plus.

These arrived and i think during transit it must have been left in a hot truck somewhere as the cubes were not individual but melted - no biggie just push them out and break off. I do love how strong these smells are - just no they are strong if you do not like strong smells!! Great price for 24 melts! Each pack holds six. Not a fan of the amaretto one - cant described the smell - but its not for me ! Obsessed with these wax melts!!

So far, I've only used the vanilla bean scent. It's in my wax warmer right now as I'm writing up this review. First of all, it took just as little as 5 minutes for the scent to fill my room after placing one cube in the wax warmer! It smells SOO freakin' good too! It's reminiscent of walking into the kitchen as a kid when my mom was making homemade cookies. If you're into sweet gourmand scents, you'll definitely want this one. I haven't used any of the other ones yet, but they smell just as good as rich as the vanilla bean. I will update with each scent as I use them. So far though, this is a great first impression!

These all smell good but very basic no complex smells that could be offensive to any one. Smells that corporations would approve of. Not overly fragrant but you can definitely smell it in the room you are using it in. Good portion size making it easy to use.

The tonka with oud and the vanilla scents are absolutely wonderful. They make my house smell nice and cozy. I'm not the biggest fan of the pistachio or rum. They smell like laundry soap and cleaners to me.

If you love warm, slightly sweet, and complex scents, this is IT. Vanilla Bean is classic comfort, and Tonka & Oud feels luxurious. Melts beautifully and lasts for hours. Must buy!
