Finally got it to work. No thanks to instruction. I was about to rebox it and return it because, based on following instructions, fan would not sync with remote. Tried for 2 days. Finally, I saw a button under the battery cover “learn” which is no where on instructions. I pushed that button for a few seconds and the fan synced immediately. Don’t follow instruction.
