This is a fun little tripod, very lightweight and durable. It's built very sturdy from aluminum and has metal rivets (not cheaper plastic hinges). The tripod sits near the ground and is locked with a twisting nut, while several segments extend upwards nearly 6' tall! I am a photographer/videographer, and it's the perfect size for little accent lights with its standard screw mounting head. It's perfect size and weight for an outdoor trip-- you can attach it to the side of your bag and not worry about bumping into things. Being so lightweight, you can extend it all the way out and use it as a selfie stick. With its included phone bracket, it attaches any smart phone with tension springs securely with a safe rubber grip. This is my 3rd tripod I purchased from UBeesize. And this being the latest model, I like it the most. It’s definitely sturdier than the others, the tightening part is round which is a lot easier to use, the part that holds my camera is a lot sturdier, and the remote is just as easy as before. We have purchased other Ubeesize products and have come to expect a great product at a good price. This tripod is a perfect supplement to our flexible tripod for taking photos as well as selfies. It comes with a sturdy post that is adjustable with 4 easy locking flip clamps. The three-leg base has a locking ring so that the spread of the legs is adjustable to a degree. That is a nice design feature for tight spots. The camera mount has a level and adjusts nicely for vertical as well as horizontal orientation. The spring-loaded head adjusts easily to hold your phone or another camera device firmly. I am impressed with the sturdiness at such a light overall weight. I am tempted to use it with other camera equipment since it has a standard threaded screw in the head, but realize it is not designed for larger cameras with heavy lenses. The remote is very easy to link to your phone or camera's Bluetooth. To save battery there is an on/off slide switch on the side of the remote. If I were to make one recommendation at all, it would be to include a protective travel bag with a drawstring to store the tripod and remote. I just used this the other day to record my students for a project and I must say that I’m impressed. I was surprised at the height of it. It is perfect for use at every angle. I also did some shots from the ground and it worked very well. Additionally, it works perfectly as a selfie stick. If you use it outside at full height, add a weight to it so that it won’t blow over.
