I run a lightsaber fighting group locally. I need tripods to hold my phones and cameras during practice to review a lot of our form and technique. This tripod is great, it comes with a bluetooth remote, and attachments for both a camera (screw) and GoPro (prongs). Super compact, easy to deploy, comes in a carry bag. The remote is extremely simply, but doesnt seem to work well for video (all I use it for). It will play for a minute or two, then automatically stop video, when activated via remote. I also have to have my camera app already set on video mode, so I have to be at my phone anyway. (I use a Galaxy S9+). I dont dock points for this, because this is about the tripod, not a 1-trick add-on. The tripod, when fully deployed, never seems level. It tends to lean slightly more toward one of the legs. I tried rotate my phone on top, then gently angle the neck a bit, but it's a weird fix. I have to use my GoPro phone mount to get more angle adjustments, which I'm lucky I have. For the level issue, I remove a star, simply for inconvenience of needing extra parts just to make this tripod level. The articulation at the top of the tripod seems more concerned about selfies than implacement, and I don't do selfies. Overall, it's a great, low budget tripod, especially if you plan on using it for moth phone and camera, as it all comes together. ... show more

this little tripod is excellent. U can also use it as a self stick which is great but admittedly will feel heavy one handing it due to the fold up legs at the base which adds wait but is understandable. I use the tripod to record YouTube videos with my phone for now and take pictures and let me tell u this things works for thr money I spend on it no complaints. You can also extend the neck by adjusting the nobs on the device itself and lock in your desired height. The remote was easy to sink up to my phone to take pictures mid distance and far away with ease but I haven't figured out if u can use the same button to initiate record and stop recording I still have to play with a little more. Another thing to note the stand was a little off centered just a smidge but I think that is due to me using the thing on a carpet but it wasnt an uneven bother I mean its a very lite product so this makes sense, however when placed on solid ground it was indeed straight. The phone locks into place snug too but the tripod is so lite you'll have to gently step on the leg to hold the thing down while taking your phone which again is understandable because it's lite. The tripod came with two additional pieces for different types of cameras as stated in the small booklet it came with but I haven't tested it out yet because I've only been using my phone. My lasting impression is five stars and I recommend anybody thats starting out doing videos and only have a phone can get this it gets the job done I have no issues with I use it all the time, five stars for me. ... show more

We have purchased other Ubeesize products and have come to expect a great product at a good price. This tripod is a perfect supplement to our flexible tripod for taking photos as well as selfies. It comes with a sturdy post that is adjustable with 4 easy locking flip clamps. The three-leg base has a locking ring so that the spread of the legs is adjustable to a degree. That is a nice design feature for tight spots. The camera mount has a level and adjusts nicely for vertical as well as horizontal orientation. The spring-loaded head adjusts easily to hold your phone or another camera device firmly. I am impressed with the sturdiness at such a light overall weight. I am tempted to use it with other camera equipment since it has a standard threaded screw in the head, but realize it is not designed for larger cameras with heavy lenses. The remote is very easy to link to your phone or camera's Bluetooth. To save battery there is an on/off slide switch on the side of the remote. If I were to make one recommendation at all, it would be to include a protective travel bag with a drawstring to store the tripod and remote. For now, we are just using the cardboard box it arrived in. This product is definitely recommended based on features, sturdiness, and overall price. ... show more
