They look dirty! Very dirty. I didn’t notice that in the photos until I received them and looked back at the ad. But other than the dirty look they are seemingly good laces. They seem to be durable and the tips won’t just pull off like cheap ones do. And they were a good length for my converse shoes.

Great laces - I love the Champagne Beige color of the laces, and how it looks against my light gray KEDS shoe. It doesn't stand out like the white laces you normally buy, and it coordinates nicely with my shoe. The laces are the flat style, and looks to be well made. The original shoelaces that came with my KEDS were the round shoelaces, which came often came loose. The flat style of these shoelaces allows me to cinch them tight, and no far, none of the laces have come untied during the time I wore them. I really like the "thick" appearance of the laces on my shoe, as compared to the "thinner" round original laces. The shoelaces are packaged with a small card that shows the different ways you can lace a shoe. I didn't know that there were that many ways to lace a shoe. Some were quite novel, but I will stick with the traditional style. Recommendation: if you are looking for great looking laces that aren't bright white or some traditional standard color, this shoelace is for you. I recommend these shoelaces - looks fashionable without screaming "look at me!".

My white shoes are a bit older and scuffed so the color isn't as vibrant, making these shoe laces the perfect replacement. These work just as well as any other shoe laces, with the only difference being that these already look worn so when I replaced my old laces, it blended right in with the current condition of my shoes. Shoe laces are typically pretty universal but make sure to figure out the length of the laces you need before grabbing a pair.

I don’t really know how to feel about this - it came with a card that said their children had “pretty shoelaces that attracted their dogs”, so they went with “ugly, dirty” shoelaces to dissuade the dogs… well… it’s an interesting story and they certainly are dirty.. not much to complain about really
