    • Quality Suitcase
Size: Checked-Large 30-Inch, No USB Port Color: Teal
Bought this last minute for a trip and am unsure of how I previously only traveled with duffle bags. This is a great suitcase. It has been thrown around and is surprisingly scratch resistant. Large storage capacity, great wheel mobility, sturdy handles and of course a color that i love

    • SPLITS OPEN ALL THE TIME!!!
Size: Checked-Large 30-Inch, No USB Port Color: Black
I got this because my normal suitcase, that has lasted me for years, had an issue with the handle not retracting easily (the mechanism inside the slide was broken), and I didn't want to have to screw around with it at the airport. I didn't feel like paying 500$ for a new one (mistake #1), so based on the high review score, I went with this one because it was one of the only ones that would be delivered in time for a trip I was making. The luggage is your average super basic design, very little padding on the inside, standard zipper, handles, and wheels. To it's credit, the wheels feel smooth when rolling and the handle retracts/extends easily. That's why it got 1 star (also because you can't leave zero stars) Now for the bad. I've had this for less than a year, and on 5 separate occasions, it has split open. three of the times it has split when coming off the luggage conveyor at my destination, forcing me to have to repack it on the spot. Once it split while Just rolling it (literally just dumped everything on on the ground) and Once it split somewhere between the airplane and the cart, forcing Southwest's baggage handlers to deliver it to the oversize cargo area. The zipper on this suitcase is an absolute POS (piece of...), and for that reason, I CANNOT recommend this to anyone. Yes, I don't overpack it (the weight when scanned at the airport is 40-45lbs always), yes, I ensure BOTH zippers are fully closed, etc. It's just crap zipper system. The only way you can guarantee this thing does not split is to either wrap it in plastic wrap, or get a belt or something that goes around it to keep it sealed (or maybe duct tape it shut). That's the only way I can see you guaranteeing this thing doesn't split open somewhere between when you give it to the Agents , the Plane and then back to you at the destination. DO NOT BUY. ... show more

I absolutely love it, however unfortunately it did arrive dented. Not sure if this is a manufacturer error or delivery person. Overall it does look like a very nice suitcase. Pretty color and great interior storage space.

    • Cute, Lightweight, and Ready for My Next Trip
Size: Checked-Large 30-Inch, No USB Port Color: Mint
I bought this suitcase in the mint color, and it is even prettier in person. The color makes it easy to spot at baggage claim, which is a huge plus when surrounded by a sea of black luggage. The hard shell feels sturdy while still keeping the suitcase lightweight. I really like the expandable feature because it gives me extra room when I inevitably come home with more than I left with (souvenirs always seem to find their way into my suitcase!). The spinner wheels roll smoothly and make it easy to maneuver through airports, hotels, and parking lots. The inside has plenty of space and the compartments help keep everything organized. The zippers work well, and the overall design feels like it offers a lot of value for the price. I’ve used more expensive luggage that didn’t feel noticeably better than this one. It looks stylish, travels well, and has the features I actually need without unnecessary extras. Overall, this is a great suitcase for everyday travel. The mint color is fun, the wheels are convenient, and the expandable design makes packing a lot less stressful. Definitely a great addition to my travel gear! ... show more

    • It's decent but didn't last too long ...

5 airplane trips so far in 3 months time. Pro: nice color/look/design, durable upon it getting dented (twice it got dinged and I was able to pop them back out from the inside), ease of rolling it, doesn't feel as cheap as other hard cased pieces I've had (despite it feeling pretty thin). Cons: on 4th trip, half of one of the wheels broke off (still rolled fine so much so that I used on it's fifth trip. A second wheel half came off- still rolled fine), IMO the center divider of the piece is a huge open area- I'd like it if there was a divider in the flap so items didn't bunch up in one spot. Having said that, I wish there was a built-in pocket storage on the inside hard case wall for way smaller items ((not the large divider flap)). I was hoping for more trips out of it. ... show more
