While I can't give this item 5 stars, I would give them 5 stars for customer service. These are inexpensive sheer panels, and you get what you pay for. I didn't expect the quality to be any better than it is and that's how I based my rating. I wanted something to dress up my windows but not hang long enough for my dogs to tear when they look out the window, and these work for that purpose. My problem is with the color difference between sizes. I have 2 standard size windows and 1 large window in my livingroom, so I ordered 37 x 216 in both beige and taupe for the standard windows and 54 x 216 in both beige and taupe for the larger window. The taupe is more of a brown in the larger size. The beige is more if a light yellow in the smaller size. I didnt think the difference in the taupe and brown would be noticeable once hung as the material is so thin, but there was an obvious difference between the beige and yellow (I actually prefer the light yellow). When I contacted the seller, they responded with an offer to reimburse me for the sheer I purchased for the larger window and to send a replacement at no charge, which they did. Although the taupe is darker on the larger window, they look nice. Just keep in mind that color may vary by size. ... show more

If you buy one and then buy another one later the colors might not match. The second color is a royal blue and not navy. So I'm unable to use the second item.
