  • DON'T BUY! THERE ARE PLENTY BETTER! SAVE YOURSELF NOW, JUST WALK AWAY FOR REAL< READ THE REVIEWS
OH my GREAT JESUS! this thing is a joke, I received it... boxes taped up. pulled apart the crazy saran wrap that was thicker than the actual panels, lmao. And then I go to build the base and these rails are basically pieces of aluminum that are nearly impossible to even reach the insides to screw in bolts. also washers were cut in half, missing screws, partially not even labeled, for real the wrapping they cover the parts in could be used to create a better greenhouse. Here we go, here's another reason to not buy this POS: there is no damn video, no damn customer service number anywhere. You follow the link and guess what? It goes to an error page. The base is extremely low quality, cant build any further because I have no clue how to decipher the instruction manual, there are freaking holes drilled to make it longer I assume? It does not mention anywhere which way the panels go, the door I have assembled is nearly a paper airplane. if a car door is shut from 20 feet away it may create enough wind to blow this junk away. WHY?WHY?WHY did I not read the reviews? So please people don't make the same mistake. I am now resorting to manufacturing my own pieces to complete this pile. It will need reinforced with some type of sturdy framing, figure a way to secure these panels and welp modify it a bit. Good luck. it is a pricier product also, check out related ones for a better price! let me see what else... The manual is hilarious it is pieced together, has no clear steps other than A,B,C. Now let me mention I am a builder by trade and have an engineering degree and this thing I figured "ahh, it can not be this bad" but, yes it is. it does not clearly indicate sides, dimensions, nor measurements do not add up to be square. I feel like the designer just said screw it and threw it togther for some kid to play with cannabs, lol....JUNK JUNK JUNK JUNK JUNK. hopefully I can save one person with this review. If you people see this call me, I hope you do because I will give you a real nice lecture on how to design and build. ... show more

  • Love this greenhouse !
Bought this item for my boyfriend for Christmas and he loved it. Came in fast and he was able to build this in two days by himself. He stated it was easy he did use a sealant to make sure heat would stay in. It keeps temperature in a Texas winter. We have already started growing and so far all the plants are thriving. Product looks just like the pictures and description on specs. ... show more

  • A simple greenhouse, BUT buyer beware...
READ THIS BEFORE ORDERING: I had this greenhouse for half a year and pretty satisfied with it. So, in terms of the product, I am pretty happy with it. Now the bad part and heed the warning. Someone in my neighborhood complained to the city I had this greenhouse in the backyard. A city code enforcement officer came over and saw my greenhouse from a neighbor's yard. The city sent me a letter with photos stating the structure is in non-conformance with city site development rules and is an unpermitted structure. I was given two choices: 1. Demolish the structure and remove, or 2. Submit plans to the Planning Department and also the Building and Safety Department for review and approval. Pay all necessary fees and after-the-fact fees (penalties). For the Planning Department issue, it would need a review regarding maximum allowable lot coverage. (This 6'X8' greenhouse is 48 square feet, but it still needs Planning approval to verify it does not exceed the city maximum lot coverage. Thank God I don't have to go through a neighborhood compatibility review because it is under 1,000 SF.) But since my greenhouse happens to be in the setback zone in my backyard, I am going to get spanked and it will not get approved by the Planning Department unless moved. So, let's say I relocated the greenhouse outside the setback zones and got Planning approval, the next step would be Building and Safety approval. After reading the California Building Code, the greenhouse structure will not comply with Section 2606 Light-Transmitting Plastics (regarding ASTM ratings, burn ratings, structural requirements, etc.) and will not satisfy the building official. So, to get it to comply, all the plastic panels would have to be removed, leaving an open-framed structure. It would no longer be a greenhouse. I have no choice but to do option #1. :'-( IF YOU DO NOT LIVE IN A NANNY-STATE, CONTINUE READING: Got this as a starter greenhouse. It came as a two large box kit, everything fit together well. The instructions were pretty clear. The only change to the instruction is to install the angle braces at the same time the corner posts are being installed, or the posts will fall over during construction. The only issue was the corrugated clear polycarbonate panels, which were flimsier than I thought. Just imagine corrugated cardboard, but made in clear polycarbonate. However, it does not tear but does flex which is reduced when supported by four sides. Not sure how many years it will last but based on my research, it should last 5-6 years. For the roof panels, I did not remove the white protective plastic covering on one side to give it some shading and diffused light, which works very well and I would recommend it, even though it did not mention this in the instructions. The door head is a little low and I banged my head many times, ouch! ... show more

  • Not as pictured - plants froze - save your money!
After my husband spending better part of a day putting this together. I couldn’t tell this I did not like it and wished I could send it back!! It is VERY opaque and does not let as much light through as I had hoped. Even with a heater and thermostat inside I have already lost plants as it does not seem to do a very good job of keeping the heat in. Being so opaque I don’t believe the plants are getting enough light and now I will have to invest in grow lights. I was SO disappointed in this purchase and had I seen the material it was made out of and how opaque it was before my poor husband spent so much time putting it together I would’ve sent it back!! Save your money and invest in something that lets in more light and does a better job of holding in warmth!!! We invested in pavers/gravel/heaters/thermostat all with the intention of making this work but my plants froze and it’s all been a waste of money!! 😔😔😔😔 ... show more

  • If you need a team building exercise
I'll start by saying that the finished product was what I was looking for buttt I should have known when it came in 2 small boxes that we were in for it. First part of assembly wasnt to bad. 1 person can put together the door and window. After thattttt directions are a bit sketchy, the more hands the better for the walls. It was definitely a team building experience that was also just as good as going to couples therapy after you make it through all 40 some pages of the instruction manual. ... show more
