Looks good on the Jeep. Easy install. Instructions could have been better on which wires go to which bolts on the winch itself. Did a Google search and found a video that clarified it. Not used it yet, but it looks very impressive. I thought about installing it to the bumper before I installed the bumper but chose not to due to the shear weight of the two parts combined. ... show more

I haven’t found anything that I dislike about this product. It retrieves and releases the rope very fast and is very powerful. I installed it onto my brand new car trailer and I’m so happy!!

After contacting a professional to look at (thinking operator malfunction) seems it had an internal short. Prime refunded me and took care of all the return. Don't get this product. ... show more

It is a good winch for the money. But bought this tool with the thought in mind to be able to move it from the front to rear & onto my 14,000 lb flatbed to load cars trucks ect. And the remote really sold me. So lets get started first the manual is confusing at best if you think your just going to open the box and slap it on WRONG!!! you have put it together first you will need metric & standard tools and then back to the manual three star headache now that you have put that altogether move on to the remote control now back to the manual after reading it a few times I'm like frick I guess I'll go take the control box back off and see if I can find what there not really telling me and that's not just taking it off you have disassemble the control box that thing on top of the winch then you find the wires there trying to show you how to hook up but wait there's no place to install inside the the control box WTH so now you'll have to drill a hole through the control box housing but wait won't that let water or dust and dirt in why by golly your right again is the controller water proof? where can you mount it that it moves where ever you have need of your new tool yes you could mount it under the hood of your truck but then you would have to unwire the remote this defeats the reason I chose this winch. Like I said not bad for the money but I would not replace it with the same one. Make sure it has a built it remote and comes fully assembled. ... show more

The only improve I would throw out there for the Company is to make the solenoid box out of aluminum or other metal rather then plastic. The current set up seems durable enough, but I can see it being a failure point with some rough brush pushing or heavy mudding. Seems a shame not to upgrade it on future models when the rest of the winch is so well put together. Would def buy again. ... show more

The remote controls barely work on the winch. Replaced the batteries and that wasn't the problem. Not sure if both wireless remotes and the wired remote is the issue or if it's the winch itself. Disappointed.
