I needed a new battery for my 04 miata and found local stores only carry the crappy silver batteries anymore. I have been using lifepo4 in several things already (though not automotive) and decided to try one in the car. After searching a long time in here I found this battery having 900cca and 18ah the best option (factory is 400cca 35ah) Fitment is almost perfect, I had to remove my old broken drainage tray, and slide the battery partly into the edge of the holder. Battery wings the engine over really fast compared to the almost dead battery I took out. I have not measured the CCA to verify the 900, but it seems to be working great for me. Pros -great price for the specs -very light weight -has a voltage/percent gauges on top that doesn't stay on Cons -tiny 6mm threads to run the amperage through -no Bluetooth on built in bms -charge percent gauge is just guessing off of voltage Time will tell on the life, I don't plan to drive the car in winter so I wasn't to worried about cold protection (though it claims it will start down to -20 it doesn't say if it will charge or if it has a heater EDIT I did finally do a CCA test, it came out at 1052cca

The media could not be loaded. Seems good. Came fully charged. Started my 2013 Cb1100 with no problems. Beings I was using the battery from my SV650 in the cb I would assume it starts the SV fine asswell. Will update if problems arise.
