For the longest time I only had a duffel bag for my carry-on, and I had to lug it around and switch it from shoulder to shoulder, totally uncomfortable. Last time I was at the airport I looked around and realized how many nice small carry-on sized roll-y suitcases there were and I saw one guy conveniently slip his laptop out of a little fold out zippered compartment, and I was smitten. I decided the next time I flew, I would have one of those. As I was traveling for business and pleasure, I had my work computer with me and I had my 6 year old daughter, so this came in very handy for both purposes. I was able to have my daughter's tablet and my laptop conveniently accessible from the outside with just a quick unzip. My only complaint is what others have voiced, it ONLY zips from that front compartment. Inside there is another zipper to access the deeper part of the suitcase. The middle zipper visible in the pictures is only for expanding the suitcase to make it larger. I saw someone else comment that and assumed they were idiots and didn't know what they were talking about or maybe it was a different model they ordered, so shame on me I guess. Other than that minor oddity, it is a very nice carry-on bag and saved me a lot of sweating and shoulder pain. Can confirm, it very nicely fits in the overhead bin on the airplane. BONUS TIP - if you buy a backpack with a little carry-on strap thing on the bag, it's even better and you can just slide your other bag over the handle and let it do the carrying for you!

Look great and wheels handle great, and just what I needed at this price point. As far as Quality, you get what you pay for, after one trip I have small deep scratches and some dents. The zippers are not great and I expect that I need to be extra careful or they will not last another trip. Overall, for the price, these are satisfactory just not at or above average in quality. The color choices are great and I like the function of the smaller piece as a carry-on.

Don't get me wrong I love the case my issue is with the zippers this case is very durable but could not give it a higher rated because of the zipper issue. After speaking with customer service they agreed to send me a new case which makes me extremely hapy because this is a really good case except for zipper issue for the front section of the case I would have given it 5 stars
