Description

I ordered a Repackaged Returned radiator. The problem is that whoever packed it didn't have a clue as to what they were doing! Both transmission cooling lines were bent severely, the longer one even kinked, and was right up against one of the cooling tubes. I didn't inspect it close enough to determine if the cooling tube was damaged. If the cooling tube wasn't damaged, I could have used the steel transmission cooler tubes from my original radiator, but the biggest issue was one of the 4 plastic mounting studs was broken off the plastic end cap. Now I had to return the damaged unit, and pay for a new radiator at twice the price while I wait for a refund on the original order. The replacement was ordered before 5PM Wed. CST. It is scheduled to arrive SATURDAY BY 9 PM. I'll stop with my comments here, because anything else I have to say would be inappropriate for this forum. The radiator fit correctly without issues, but the product was not packaged well and one of the mounting posts had broken off even though there was no apparent damage to the shipping carton. Due to time constraints I could not return the radiator so I had to figure out a way to make it work despite the broken post. At first I thought the product might be a "second" due to the competitive price, but found the broken off piece inside of the carton.
