Description

To restore your vehicle's factory cooling efficiency, all TYC radiators are equivalent to OE construction for number and placement of fluid tubes and cooling fins. For those radiators with transmission oil coolers, the tanks are molded using heat-resistant, high-density polymer plastic for added protection against extreme engine temperatures. Each TYC radiator is leak-tested before leaving the factory to ensure consistent quality.

Purchased this radiator for my Cherokee XJ since the original had an internal leak by the transmission input. The radiator was easily installed but you do need to reuse mounts. No issues so far after 1k miles.

Fit my 1998 Jeep Cherokee XJ like a glove. Was simple to install so far no leaks and it’s been in for a week. Replaced my clogged OEM Radiator after my Jeep began to run about 210, and would climb even higher at an idle. With this radiator I am now running 190 even with extended idling, my aux fan is no longer kicking on all the time either. Happy with the purchase hope to not have to purchase again myself but I would recommend to anyone who asks me about it. ... show more

I was worried buying a radiator for this price, but I went for it. It's been doing great I got hot heat now. Don't leak a drop!! My 97 cherokee xj still had stock radiator so it was do for another one. If your looking for a good radiator for cheap, this is the one!!!!

Well it works all the connections are same as stock but I had to trim parts to make it fit . The fitment a little off. The area at bottom passenger side by drain plug had to trim fiberglass by headlight to make fit on 97 Cherokee. Plus the cap neck is too short so you gotta trim some body metal or piece of radiator cap . Beware ... show more

First one came in what was an obviously opened box. Staples were pulled and it was clear taped shut. Pulled out radiator and it was twisted and unusable. Returned for replacement which came and installed easily, perfect fit. Oh and if you don't know how to do the transmission line at the bottom, then you should google it before destroying it. If you do it the factory way it's time consuming and a pain but if you alter it, it will go together easier. Four stars only for sending me a defective part and wasting my time. ... show more
